Perfect for a large family gathering

We stayed with our extended family at this beautiful home over New Year's Eve. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. For once, the property was even better than the photos. The home is incredibly spacious. We comfortably slept 14 adults and young adults. Even on a grey winter day, it was beautiful to look out the windows and have gorgeous views of Lake Geneva. The common areas were very comfortable with loads of seating space. One of the best parts of this house is the basement. Our young adult kids found it to be a wonderland, with brand new pingpong, foozball, and pool tables. The kitchen is huge. At one point, we had ten people working together to prepare a meal, and it didn't feel crowded at all. The appliances were quite new and very high quality. Our only suggestion for the owners is to include some larger pots and pans and more glassware for times when they are housing a crowd.

Beautiful home

An absolutely beautiful home and setting for a friends birthday party! Sudi made sure we had everything we needed. We used her connection with a local chef for a fantastic dinner in! We had more than enough space for all of us! We enjoyed the hot tub in the snow and a ping pong tournament in the basement. A FANTASTIC place!

Amazing Property

Great communication with the host, beautiful property with so many windows overlooking the lake. Saw a bunch of deer just strolling near the house. Plenty of activities downstairs. Huge amazing kitchen to cook in. And soo much room throughout the property

Beautiful and spacious home!

The house was beautiful! Our family had such a wonderful Christmas there. The place is very modern, clean, with plenty of rooms and space. The basement game room was a BIG hit!! Great memories were made here and we can't wait to return for another Christmas getaway.

Thanks so much for helping us have a spectacular New Year! Your home is outstanding for large groups like ours. The views of the lake and the outdoors were amazing. The open floor plan and humongous lower level complete with pool, ping pong and more made spending time with friends a truly memorable experience. The home was exceptionally clean and sitting in the hot tub in the winter was amazing! Your sound system and A/V were easy to operate, high quality and very versatile. Great fireplace and certainly no lack of firewood. The home was very solid which made it easy for those of us who never made it to midnight! Same goes for those who liked to sleep in! Thanks for all your extra effort. We look forward to making this our New Year’s Eve go to.

Amazing experience

Owners went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. Beautiful home both inside and out. Spacious and comfortable. There was tons of amenities in the home that kept us entertained everyday. The kitchen was stunning, honestly every room was! I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect lakehouse

First time staying in Lake Geneva and the property was perfect! Came with a large group of guys and there was plenty of room to sleep 12+. Great yard to hang out and play games and the location to downtown was very convenient 🥳

We LOVE Lake Geneva and we LOVE this house. It is a perfect place to spend time with family and friends. There is so much to do from ping pong, pool, fuse ball, watching movies, walking on the shore path, cross country skiing in the winter, paddle boarding, wake surfing, hanging out by the pool listening to music, family volleyball games, spike ball, biking around the lake and then relaxing in the hot tub and grilling out at night!

Why they chose this property

We wanted to be close to town and close to the water. We wanted a large yard, have at least 6 bedrooms and have plenty of space for not just our family but my sisters and their families along with all of our friends.

What makes this property unique

Close to the water, direct access to the shore path, close to town, close to Chicago. Pool, hot tub, large yard for entertaining, large kitchen with double islands, game room, movie room, basketball hoop, bike paths, hiking, cross country skiing, downhill skiing, lots to do.
