We love the Bungalow! Every time I turned around, I found another thoughtful nautical touch. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, the setting and location were idyllic. Everything was as advertised. We'll be back!

Thank you so much for the wonderful review. The nautical touches are the result of Clara's family's connections to the lighthouses at Cape Lookout and Cape Hatteras.

We had the absolute best time staying at The Bungalow! Close distance to restaurants, activities, and historical markers. We brought our bikes and enjoyed the town. This is also a short drive to local beaches. The hosts, Dave and Clara, were wonderful and so accommodating! We are already planning our next trip. The Bungalow decor is so charming and so detailed!

The Bungalow is a lovely and clean space that was perfect for a weekend stay. It has character and charm and sits conveniently in the heart of Beaufort. Our four family members utilized the kitchenette for breakfast and for packing lunches and slept comfortably; this rental is a much better alternative to a hotel. The owners were prompt, informative, and kind in their communications. We hope to stay there again.
