About this property

4 bedroom cabin - sleeps 8 - 10 minutes to Whiteface Mountain - ADK!

Welcome to our renovated cabin in the Ausable Acres. The Acres is 10 minutes to Whiteface Mountain and just minutes to all that the Adirondacks have to offer (hiking, biking, skiing, swimming). We have over 10 miles of walking trails, tennis/pickelball and Lake Eaton (fishing and canoeing) as part of our homeowners association. Enjoy it all!

The cabin can sleep 8 comfortably with 2 extra pull out beds (just in case).

The wrap around porch and three season room offers great outdoor extended living to take in all the mountains have to offer. The basement has a great 'hang out' area for kids after their hard day at play.

We have a firepit so you can enjoy your s'mores and campfire songs (bring your own guitar).

Winter Getaway

This was a short family getaway for skiing and snowshoeing. This space was perfect for the four of us. Great entrance on ground level to bring in all the gear. Modern spacious kitchen with plenty of dinnerware and cookware. Bathroom are updated with excellent shower/tub combo. Open concept living/dining room with plenty of seating. House was 12 minutes from Whiteface Mountain parking lot. Great visit from beginning to end.

Beautiful Comfortable Cabin

What a very well done cabin! All the supplies you need. The communication was excellent. The basement was hot near the instant water heater. To an extreme.the 2 dehumidifiers also created a lot of heat. All these heat travels upstairs and makes things very uncomfortable. Bring your own fans as the 2 available are not working appropriately. Once we got the cabin opened, filled the rule to use the dark curtains to block out the sun, it was still in the 80s in the cabin. We felt like we had rented a sauna the first 2 days.i know the owners will figure out the best way to cool down the house as they are very forward thinkers. Ceiling fans would be a HUGE benefit. I would stay in the winter months for sure as it is a gorgeous place. Thank you for our super comfortable stay.

Great getaway

The house has both a charming and modern appeal. The space was very relaxing. All the amenities that we needed for a great stay and vacation. We loved sitting on the deck in the morning or around the firepit at night. Truly a wonderful place to rest after a day of adventuring in the Adirondacks.
