Beautiful apartment ideally located on the harbor with beautiful views of the boats and the castle hill. You will be able to enjoy on foot the old Nice, the new trendy district with its bars, restaurants and shops, without forgetting the beaches of the Promenade des Anglais and the wild coves.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms + 1 office: Two elegant bedrooms with double beds, one with bathroom en suite. The office in the canopy offers a panoramic view. In the living room, the large windows overlook directly the port, the dining room with open kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine etc.

Very charming. Very rare !

If there is a place in Nice that embodies the dolce vita in Nice, this is the port district. And for good reason: a pleasant panorama, local shops, good places to party or eat a piece and streets for walking ... A trendy area, nestled near the hill of the castle of Nice, ideal for a stroll in its small streets. There are many facets. You can walk there, there is a nice view of the harbor and the typical houses of the region, full of sharp [typical boats of the region] of all colors ... This piece of Mediterranean has it all.

We spent two weeks at this apartment and absolutely loved everything about it. It is beautifully and tastefully furnished, with everything we needed, from cookware to laundry. Its location is amazing, offering walkability to Old Town Nice, shopping, dining, transportation, beach, and groceries, and the view of the port was a dream! The host, Ladislas, was incredibly kind and accommodating, checking on us regularly to ensure we were well taken care of. We hope to stay there again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a wonderful experience in Nice.

Wow!

This is simply an amazing place to stay. The view is to die for (the pictures are accurate about the view), the property itself is well laid out with excellent finishes and everything you could want, and the neighborhood is very relaxed. The windows are excellent quality and the bedrooms are in the back away from the street. So, it was very quiet sleeping. There are lots of restaurants nearby for a meal or just to have a coffee and people watch. There is a grocery and green grocer are around the corner just 120 m (130 yds) away. There is a nice wine shop, Cave a Vins, on Rue Bavastro (behind the church) about 600 m (660 yds) away. (Speaking a bit of French will be very helpful at the wine shop.) There is a tram stop at the end of the street (direct to airport) and many buses come to the area (including the bus to Monaco / Menton that has spectacular views). So although you can generally walk anywhere, there are options is you want to save your feet. Ladislas was incredibly responsive and happy to help us settle in. Although there are limited reviews on VRBO / Homeaway, there are tons of positive reviews on Air BnB. So, don't let the limited reviews on this site give you an concerns. There is no elevator but we walked the stairs several times a day and never found it to be onerous. Note that is the owners' personal home. Please treat it as you would your own. We felt privileged to stay. We hope you do too.
