Villa Vinacciolo is a pleasant and spacious two-story villa surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps 22 people. From Villa Vinacciolo you will enjoy an enchanting view of the surrounding countryside and of the hills of Valdichiana. Villa Vinacciolo is 350 square meters (3770 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private terrace, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Marciano della Chiana, where you will find restaurants, shops and the stop for the local bus.
You will reach Villa Vinacciolo from the parking area along a walkway that cuts through a garden and has no stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Vinacciolo, you will need a car or private drivers. You will be able to park your car inside the entrance gate.

The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long. The pool area is fenced. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers, a gazebo and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding countryside. The pool is open from the beginning of May until mid-October.
Garden
The garden is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a splendid view of the surrounding countryside and of the hills of Valdichiana.
Ground FloorPatio
The patio is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the garden.
Living Room
The living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable, and include sofas and armchairs. There is a nice fireplace, for decorative purposes only. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room has three windows with a view of the garden and of the surrounding green fields. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Dining Room
The dining room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The dining table can accommodate 20 guests. The furnishings include two sofas and an armchair. From the dining room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the garden, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Game Room
You will be able to enter the game room from the living room. Here you will be able to have fun with a football table and a game table. The room has a window.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room. It is professional-grade, equipped with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a toaster. From the kitchen two French doors will take you to the garden.
