You can easily get around by bike in the shopping streets of city centre Arcachon, in the Mouleau district renowned for its nightlife, or in the unmissable winter city district, a holiday resort known for its exceptional architecture.<br><br>This comfortable 5-bedroom villa, ideally located 10 minutes walk from Pereire beach, has a beautiful wooded plot of about 1000 m² with terrace, garden furniture and plancha. Possibility to park 2 vehicles in the courtyard.<br><br>The house is composed of:<br>A separate kitchen with dishwasher, gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee makers.<br>A living room with two sofas, a large dining table, armchair, chest of drawers, television, JBL Bluetooth speaker, Super Nintendo Classic console, free WIFI.<br>A first master bedroom with a 160cm bed, wardrobe and shower room.<br>A second master bedroom with a 140cm bed, wardrobe and shower room.<br>A third bedroom with 2 beds of 90cm and chest of drawers.<br>A fourth bedroom with 2 beds of 80cm and wardrobe.<br>An additional bedroom, with a 130cm double bed is also available. Located on a different level, it is ideal for an au pair, with its extra shower room and WC, located in the adjoining laundry room.<br>A large bathroom with bathtub.<br>Separate toilet.<br>A complete laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, drying rack, extra bathroom with shower and toilet.<br>A large basement is available to store bicycles, sports and beach equipment.<br>The villa will comfortably accommodate 8 to 9 people maximum. <br>Bed linen and towels provided. Famous sites such as the Dune du Pilat, the ocean beaches and the Arcachon International Golf Course are a 15-minute drive away. In the immediate vicinity, enjoy the tennis club, the beach clubs for children, the Basque pelota fronton, the kitesurfing spot and the Thalassotherapy centre.
