Our Tahoe home is perfect for special vacations where you want all of your family and friends in a single location. You will love the breathtaking views from the open kitchen and family room with ample space for every social occasion, the 45 foot upper and lower decks which are perfect for hosting large brunches and cookouts, the kids will love the dedicated game room with pool/ping pong table combo and game station, and you'll fall in love with hot tubbing under the stars with everyone you care about in a secluded forest setting. Plus you can walk to everything you love in downtown Tahoe city and Commons beach!

Our 2000 sqft house has luxurious rustic wood furnishings, a flagstone faced wood burning fireplace, new comfortable bedding & mattresses, high speed wireless internet (with Wifi6 wireless gaming router), brand new 65" QLED 4K HDR TV's in both living rooms and in all the bedrooms (43" 4k hdr in bedrooms - new pix coming soon), and an upgraded sports package from directv with service in every room.

Also available is a large 8 person 500 gallon HOT TUB under the stars. Our bottom floor has a wet bar, a 65 inch 4K hdr TV with a Playstation 4 and a combo ping pong/pool table which is ideal for multiple families. All of the bedrooms received top of the line linens and double pane windows with privacy treatments.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this cabin is perfect for a quiet getaway, honeymoon or family outing! We strongly discourage large loud groups out of consideration for your year around neighbors. NO Bachelor or Bachelorette parties or wedding receptions,

Out of consideration for our neighbors, absolutely no loud noise or hot tubbing is allowed after 10pm. Your security deposit will be forfeited if we get a noise complaint from the neighbors.

Both bathrooms were recently remodeled and upgraded with new knotty pine vanities, copper sinks, and stone tiles with mosaic inlays.

With easy and wide road access, a large flat parking lot, close proximity to many great restaurants, shops, hiking and biking trails, lake, golf course, and more, this cabin is the perfect vacation home for small or large groups. 5 minute walk to Fitness center (day/week passes, yoga, email for more info)

This Home is conveniently located within walking distance from Tahoe city, and is just 100 feet from a hiking/snowshoe trail and a downhill biking trail (Paige Meadows Trailhead). It is also a 5-minute drive from Squaw and Alpine Meadows.

Situated at the top of a hill with a flat driveway, the House offers breathtaking views of mountains, forest, valley and Truckee River. Enjoy the view from your bedroom, living room or 2 huge decks where the whole family can BBQ or relax.
