The Space:
New to the rental market, Sea-renity is perfect for couples or small families. This 2/2 gulf view home is located in Saint Joe Beach. Just a short stroll to the beautiful white sand beaches!


On the ground level, you will find a spacious concrete carport with parking for 2 vehicles/boat(s) covered, and up to 4 more uncovered.



The rest of the carport has been renovated into an outdoor retreat. It is a great place to unwind with 2 high back Adirondack chairs, 2 rocking Adirondack chairs, and one swing. There is also a park-style grill, outdoor   shower and fishing cleaning station; perfect to relax and grill out after a day at the beach. Just a few steps away is the community pool, open from March 1st - October 31st.


As you ascend the stairs you can take in beautiful views of the gulf from the wrap around deck. This deck also features a safety gate for your pet.


Entering into the main living area, you will find an airy and open floor plan with high ceilings. The living room has two full size couches, one chair and a flat screen television.


Continuing through the living room is the kitchen which is fully stocked with all the essentials of your own home; dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, dishes/silverware, a good selection of cookware, utensils, glassware, and much more!


We strive to start all guests off with a starter supply of:


Dish soap
Hand soaps
Garbage bags
Dishwasher detergent
Paper towels
Toilet paper
Laundry Detergent


The dining area has a high-top table that seats four and additional seating at the bar with two stools.


Extending off of the kitchen is a screened in porch with seating for four, a ceiling fan and a wicker bar for cocktails.


One benefit of this home is the ability to view amazing gulf sunsets and starlit skies from relaxing in the living room, dining in the kitchen or unwinding on the porch.


Off of the main living area you will find two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed with a large closet. The main bathroom is in the hallway with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, large closet and a private bath.


The laundry room can be found in the hallway immediately across from the bath with a full size washer and dryer.


This unit is non- smoking and pet friendly for pets under 30 lbs  for an additional fee. (dogs only please) Bookings through a third party site (VRBO), will have this fee added onto your reservation at the office.


Children are also welcome at this unit.


Your reservation includes a $250 credit for beach gear! Choose from bikes, coolers, beach chairs/umbrellas, beach wagons, kayaks, paddleboards, and more. Best part, its delivered to the unit and is waiting for you upon your arrival.


This unit requires full week rentals during holiday weeks: Memorial Week, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas/NYE, etc.


THIS UNIT RENTS FOR A FULL MONTH - JANUARY AND FEBRUARY.
