As you enter “Watershed Cottage” you'll be greeted with a light and airy living/dining kitchen area with lots of custom touches. This open concept kitchen/dining/living area has beautiful luxury vinyl plank flooring, new furniture, and a 55-inch smart tv. The luxury kitchen features Quartz countertops, new stainless steel appliances, an oven with a built-in air fryer, and a breakfast bar (seats 4) and overlooks the dining area with seating for 6. The private master suite features a king bed, 42” smart tv, and a barn door leading to the master bathroom. The luxury bathroom has a custom tile shower with seamless glass doors. Both guest bedrooms feature a queen bed, and a 32” smart tv. The guest bathroom spotlights a custom-tile shower with seamless glass doors.

Other features include a laundry room w/full-sized washer and dryer, beach towels, pack-n-play, games, Ninja blender, drip coffee maker and Keurig.

Parking: 2 vehicles.

Pet policy: This home is pet-friendly, and allows up to 2 dogs. If you choose to bring a pet, a charge of $125 plus tax will be added to your reservation after you book.

Linens and supplies: This home comes with everything you need! All bed and bath linens are supplied, as well as all cookware, dinnerware and glassware in the kitchen. A few essential items are provided upon arrival: Dawn dishwashing soap, one sponge, two dishwasher pods, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, two individual/small bars of soap per bathroom, one laundry powder and one fabric softener.

Beach gear and recreation equipment: Some of our properties typically have beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.) on site. However, there is no guarantee as these items tend to come and go throughout the year.

Age requirement: Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old.

Credit card fee: All payments are subject to a 3.25% credit card processing fee.

Rental agreement: A signed rental agreement is required upon booking.

Monthly rentals: SNOWBIRDS WELCOME! Monthly rental rates are available during the winter season, November through early March. Please contact Sunshine Vacation Rentals if you are interested.

Cancellation policy: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made.

Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments.
