Fans are present in the bedrooms. The 2 bathrooms with WC, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, allow everyone to have their own space. A laundry area equipped with a washing machine, ironing necessities and cleaning supplies is at your disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and NESPRESSO coffee maker.

Air conditioning allows you to cool the living area as well as the hallway that leads to the sleeping area.

The apartment benefits from a beautiful 15 m² terrace with garden furniture, offering a lovely view of the shared garden.

Séjour agréable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l’appartement de cette résidence. La proximité avec la mer et la grande terrasse sont très agréable. Le seul bémol de notre séjour est qu’il n’y a pas de climatisation dans les chambres alors que c’est mentionné dans l’équipement. La cuisine est très bien agencée et il y à tout le nécessaire.

Great Modern Apartment

Lovely apartment a short walk from the beach and local bars and restaurants. Ideal for families with a nice, shady terrace. The check in process was unnecessarily stressful as the printed instructions referred to the wrong apartment number, one that didn’t exist! With the help of a few friendly local residents and a bit of lateral thinking we eventually located it after an hour. After a six hour drive with two young children, in 30 degree heat we could have done without that! With the exception of the shambolic check in process we had a lovely week there and would go back.
