Beach Haven is an ocean view 6-bedroom, 6.5 bathroom home in the prestigious North Litchfield Beach. Take in the beach air and beautiful views from one of the furnished decks, both street side and facing the ocean. An open kitchen and dining area, equipped with all small and large kitchen appliances makes preparing and serving meals for your family a breeze. All 5 bedrooms feature a private bathroom, and the living area on the first floor as well as ground floor den can be used as an extra bedroom, there is a queen sleeper sofa and a full bathroom. Ample parking space for up to 8 vehicles, 2 covered.

Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area. Including resort quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sleeper sofas). In each bath you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. This house accommodates large groups well. Each bedroom has its own private bath, plenty of rooms to sneak away and the top floor living space is very open and bright!

Family Vacation

This was our first family vacation with parents, children and grandchildren. We were very close to the beach and had the use of the pool too. The weather was great. Not too hot. Plenty of things to do and good restaurants.

Would stay again!

Great house for 12 people! Plenty of seating in the living and dining rooms. Kitchen was well equipped. Comfortable beds. Multiple decks for sun and shade. Pool was awesome. Would recommend paying the extra fee for heating in shoulder seasons. Wish there were more loungers in the pool area though. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach out the back gate. Friendly, walkable neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping.

Beach Haven

For the price you pay to stay here it needs a lot of updates. Furniture inside and out are extremely dirty. The mattresses need replacing, pillows, etc. pool area nice and location to beach. Lots of space and quiet neighborhood.

Omg. We were soo happy. So surprised how beautiful the home was and the elevator was heaven for the elders. ( a lot of stairs ) living area is on the second level and walks out to a huge screened in porch. Sunrises in the back over the ocean. Sunsets off the front porch ! Al though there were some issues , they were attended to immediately. Exceeded expectations from the contact with the property to a joyous week for the wedding. The pool was a bonus extra for the fluke day of 78 degrees. A walk across the street and on a beautiful white sand beach. Thank you for sharing your home

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, disappointing for the money spent. Good location, kitchen well stocked, pool area was well maintained, and beds/furniture were all relatively updated. However, areas that needed attention were the garage shower stalls (pitiful) and the mold-smelling downstairs extra bedroom. Each room had something wrong (bad lighting, broken blinds, etc) that should have been addressed by the owners. Bad cockroach problem as well all week. Little things, but they diminished the overall experience. Didn't feel that I got my money's worth this trip.

Family Vacation

The house was beautiful room for 15 people. With all different ages we were never bored or crowded. Sitting on top deck I watched the moon rise and my first ever shooting star. Pool was such a plus for our visit some went to beach while others stayed behind to swim. Restaurants and stores all located conveniently. I would love to do this again in the next few years and most definite return to this property. Absolutely beautiful.
