Welcome to ‘Sun Sational’, a 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home less than a block from the beach. Perfect for entertaining the whole family with a spacious open floor plan as well as ample seating and a foosball table right off the living room. A fully equipped kitchen with all large and small appliances and everything needed to prepare and serve meals. Relax in the private swimming pool surrounded by professionally landscaped grounds and ample outdoor seating. Parking for up to 5 vehicles. Please see our Pet Policy that applies to all Pet-friendly homes, which is strictly enforced.

Family Thanksgiving

We had an amazing stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. The home was spacious for our party of 10. The kitchen was extremely well equipped for a rental property which made preparing Thanksgiving dinner a breeze! We would definitely book again!

Beach

House has a lot of pluses — the living area was huge and perfect for a family vacation. We had plenty of seating and the kitchen was well stocked. We were told there were no sofa beds (could have used one for our teenager who slept on the couch all week) but we discovered there were two on the last day we were there! Porches were nice and it was a very short walk to the beach, which was great. Pool is pretty small, really can’t do more than two people at a time in it without feeling crowded. But it’s nice for a cool off and the yard is nicely landscaped with lots of seating. Nice to have the outdoor shower to get the sand off and the house is very conveniently located near restaurants, grocery and convenience stores. Overall a nice week.

Golf trip

Property was clean and nice. Could not get tv in den to work. Several guys on trip very good with this but could not fix it. No instructions. Tvs in some bedrooms did not work. My remote didnt have batteries. Overall this was nice property. Perfect for 8 guys on golf trip.

My experience

I seen roaches while there. I had to clean the bathroom up myself there was dirt in the tub and the sink and toilet downstairs wasn’t fully clean. And also me my sister in law and brother had little bite marks on us after leaving and I’m pretty sure they were bedbug bites luckily I had brought a air mattress for the kids so they didn’t have to experience it. We didn’t feel comfortable sitting on the living room sofas without putting sheets on them first of course I washed the sheets before putting them down. And I am not the one that likes to complain but I do know that is one house I don’t want to rent again.

Our fulltime maintenance and housekeeping are available 7-days a week, including afterhours, to address such problems promptly. The overlooked housekeeping items could have been immediately addressed if you would have let us know, but nothing was reported to us until receiving this review. For guest’s convenience, our office is open 6-days a week, additionally, for ease of communication, the Sea Star Realty site features Live Chat for real-time correspondence with one of our staff members, plus we have an afterhours answering service. All our rental properties are on a routine professional pest control program, with retreatments available any time needed and/or requested by a guest. We had our licensed, professional pest control provider inspect the home for bed bugs, but none were found. It is our mission to ensure our guests have the best, most comfortable vacation experience possible. Everything we wanted

This property had everything we wanted for our family vacation. Close to the beach, pool to cool off, and responsive property team. There was plenty of room, enough beds and bathrooms and even exercise equipment! Everything was clean and inviting. The large kitchen tables were great for family meals! Enjoyed the connection for rental gear for the beach!
