Welcome to COZY CLOUD, a pretty top-floor apartment with air-conditioning in the living room. Ideally located in Nice's pedestrian zone and just 3 minutes from the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches.
You'll find an air-conditioned living room with a dining area, and an open-plan kitchen. A beautiful bedroom gives access to the shower room with toilet.
The apartment is on the 4th and top floor. It is accessible by elevator.
Please note that the elevator is a half-level elevator. You need to go up half a floor to access it and another half a floor to access the apartment.
INFORMATION: We would like to inform you that renovation work on a neighbouring flat will take place between June and September 2025. This may cause noise pollution, which we cannot anticipate as the work progresses. As a result, the price of the flat has been adjusted for the summer season to compensate for any possible nuisance.
