A beautiful one-bedroom apartment located close to Magenta Square, 200 meters from the Tram and 5 minutes from the beach, in a lively area but quiet as on the courtyards.

Located on the second floor without elevator, you will find all the comforts: space, proximity to touristic places, air conditioning, equipped kitchen, small balcony, washing machine, Wi-Fi...

This apartment consists in a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and closet, bathroom with shower and WC, living room with TV and access to the balcony.

Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle.

The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Neighborhood



Massena Square and « La Piétonne » (Massena Street, a pedestrian street with lots of shops, cafés and restaurants) are popular and lively areas of Nice. This situation offers you the opportunity to do all your food shopping by walking, as well as a multitude of restaurants and many shops… and of course beaches and the Promenade des Anglais at 5 minutes on foot. Walk along Massena Square and you will arrive at the entrance of the Old Town and its famous flower market. Everything is on your doorstep to fully enjoy your stay in Nice.



Transit



Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Jean Médecin. Journey takes only 30 minutes and this stop is 350m away from the apartment.

You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.

Train station « Nice Ville » is 15 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.

Access to the building is also possible by car. You can park in the streets around or in a public parking. Closest one is Interparking Grimaldi.

Great location, cozy apartment

Had a great stay and this tiny, cozy apartment. Everything was as described in the listing. The only issue with had was that the entry alley to the apartment is rather sketchy - it is not a regular entrance but a back alley where you pass by a couple of restaurant back entrances. Once inside the building everything is ok.

Great place

Wonderful location. Updated unit. All systems including air and washer worked great. Threre are about 30 stair steps to the unit and it is down an ally. No issue for us but may be for others. Well worth both for the reward of a great place.

General condition, location is excellent, quick and good service, large and convenient bed To add small conveniences (towels hanger both in kitchen and bathroom, toilet paper hanger, some holder in shower for soap and shampoo), to leave extra garbage bags and toilet paper for those staying longer, to clean walls to improve general impression about cleanliness, to leave some coffee, tea, sugar, salt, perhaps olive oil as gratis for guests (especially for those arriving late). Good luck!

Great Location

We were not able to get in when we first arrived after a long international flight because the gate code supplied was incorrect. We had trouble getting ahold of the owner so my husband had to climb over the wall to get access to the keys. Once we were in the apartment things worked out well. The floors in the apartment hadn't been swept, so we took time to do that before our stay started. Only one set of towels for a week long stay and no wash clothes. The location is fantastic - walking distance to restaurants and the beach. No need to rent a car.

très bien situé pour aller dans toute la ville à pieds.Le parking de l'étoile à 4 mn est aussi parfait il faut juste ajouter 140 euros à votre budget pour 6 jours (vous rentrez et sortez comme et quand vous le souhaitez durant ces 6 jours et votre voiture est en parfaite sécurité)

Problème d'odeurs de sueur, de friture, aération difficile. désagréments à l'arrivée : piles télécommandes TV hors d'usage; ustensiles de cuisine situés à 2.50 et 2 m de hauteur sans escabeau; bouilloire fuit; grille pain pas remplacé; Manque d'ustensiles pour 2 personnes et adaptés à la plaque; manque d'éclairages indirectes; fauteuil usé taché; canapé taché. La salle de bain est bien mais aspiration très bruyante. Chambre au calme et lit correct. Toutes les fenêtres sont en vis à vis. Notation 3.5 s'il y avait la possibilité. Conclusion : notre séjour était intéressant car nous avons apprécié la situation géographique de l'appartement et la ville de Nice.

Schöne, moderne Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist modern und gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt optimal nahe zum Strand, nahe zum Zentrum und zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist gut. Die Schlüsselübergabe bei der Anreise hat leider nicht gut geklappt, leider gab es auch keine Hotline, wo man hätte nachfragen können, was zunächst für Probleme sorgte. Trotzdem war es insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
