Centrally located on the beach side of 30a
On the Gulf-side of Rosemary Beach lies the Bennett Cottage, a family-style cottage accommodating up to twelve - perfect for multiple families or one large family with grandparents joining along for the fun.

Bennett Cottage is truly a beach lover's dream. With its bright colors and cheery decor, it's sure to give you pleasant dreams of surf, sand and sun. Adirondack chairs lining the front porch practically beckon you to sit back and enjoy the warm sunlight.

Inside, the cottage's first floor features a large entertainment area with open floor plan including oversized flat screen TV, a game table, comfortable lounge seating area and dining table seating up to seven guests plus a bonus table for up to seven more. This open floor plan also includes a large full kitchen with bar seating for up to four. A master bedroom can be found on the first floor and features a comfortable king size bed and private bathroom.

The second floor of Bennett Cottage affords guests a children's bunkroom with fun decor, flat screen TV and small balcony. Down the hall is the cottage's spacious master bedroom with adjacent sitting room with both open to an expansive front porch looking out to the Gulf.

Up a full staircase, in the third floor loft, guests can enjoy views from a king guest room complete with tall director chairs for easy viewing through the tower windows.

Outside you will find your own private courtyard equipped with a grill and outdoor dining table. Enjoy your time here or stroll to the many nearby restaurants, shops or boardwalks leading you to our unforgettable beaches.

Bennett Cottage is centrally located on the Gulf-side of 30a just a short distance from the beach, Coquina Pool, tennis facilities, and the children's playground.

Bennett Cottage

Great location; first floor living/dining/porch is open, airy. This property does feel more like a rental than other houses we've rented - it's looking a bit worn and the living area furniture is over due for replacement.
