Location is great but amenities are lacking

You can't go wrong with this property if you want to be close to Main Street. We enjoyed being within easy walking distance of the shops, restaurants, and beach access points E and F. The walkaround porch is also a nice touch, but the beach view is minimal. The garage has just about everything that you could need for a comfortable beach day, which we appreciated. That said, we've stayed in Rosemary Beach several times over the last five years. If you need something basic and somewhere to rest your head, it's fine, but we did have a couple of issues. I would not recommend the loft area for smaller children, as it is truly a ladder that takes you up to the top. Our teen managed it fine, but it was too steep for me to feel 100% comfortable. When it rained, we wanted to watch a movie from the DVD rental, but we had several problems with either the televisions not working correctly or the remote controls not working at all. We could not get the DVD player to work, either. My advice is to bring a Roku or a laptop with you if you want to watch anything or happen to be stuck inside for a few hours. Other than that, we really didn't stay in the room much, which led us to another issue. We had been given two keys to the property, but only one of them worked to lock and unlock the door. With two adults and one teen coming and going, we had to coordinate as such. We did call the property managers after hours, since it was a weekend, but never heard back from them during our stay.
