This remarkable Cottage located just steps away from the luxurious Cabana Pool is the perfect place for a family gathering.

Tucked quietly off of West Water Street, the main entrance to Coastal Cottage provides comfortable seating on the front patio.

Inside the first floor, you'll find a living area with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and comfortable sofas. To the left there is a long wooden dining table for 8 people. Connected just ahead is the fully-equipped kitchen stocked especially for those who love to cook! The tall ceiling and open floor plan provide an intimate setting for a large group. Beyond the kitchen is an adjoining informal breakfast room with comfortable seating for four.

On the second floor are two master suites, each with a king bed and private bath, one of which boasts a private veranda with a bistro table with four chairs. A fun children's room sits atop on the third floor, with slanted ceilings, low furniture, and four separate twin beds. In the center of the room rests a large, wooden game table, perfect for board games and puzzles that are conveniently stocked on nearby shelves. In addition to a flat-screen TV

Not a happy experience

The lack of cleanliness was disappointing. Furniture not as described. Only for coffee mugs in the cupboard. Work was being done behind the patio so our parking spaces were not available. Back gate was open and concrete slabs were cracked and crumbled. I alerted Rosemary beach rentals Sunday evening and showed them some of the pictures of the dirt etc. I was not contacted. The next day electricity was out due to all of the work behind us. Electrician said it would be the next day. Received a note from RV rentals as to several hours of i an outage and someone from the rental company came to the house. They offered another rental and took us there. The other home was very well appointed and met our needs. They also brought a basket of items to help ease the issue a bit. That was appreciated. I was given a refund for the cleaning fee and a few other taxes etc. Not at all what should have been refunded to us however considering having to be moved and deal with the uncleanliness to begin with.
