Our beautiful property has all your needs while traveling including access to pool, washer & dryer. We are located 1/2 miles to stores, restaurants, grocery, gas station, auto parts etc. Our target guest is one who is primarily coming for nearby Events, Temporary Work Assignment or Internship in Loxahatchee or nearby surrounding area. We are looking for guest whose main goal is to be at events or work while staying with us. The pool area can be used on your downtime. We do have a washer & dryer we give access to two days a week for stays of over 3 weeks. If you accept the approval, please send right away your phone number, e-mail address, copy of guest driver's license & insurance showing property damage & bodily injury for auto that guest will park on our property. We will forward a sample lease & hold harmless paperwork for you to review that will be signed at check in. We do have cameras throughout the property (but not inside where guest stays). Trash Days are early Tuesday and Friday morning so please place trash in largest garbage cans prior. All guests must be listed on reservation. We will consider more than one guest if all are working/leaving most days. We may charge additional fees for extra guest. If guest is not on the reservation, we will permit a guest for a day or two as long as they sign the hold harmless waiver and send driver's license prior to arrival, & we are notified. Pool can be used in the evening at the owners invite. No grease or food can be dumped in sinks/toilets. Only toilet safe toilet paper can be put in the toilet. We ask that the a/c not be put below 72. If staying more than two weeks the toilet, sinks and shower need to be scrubbed once a week as we have well water and becomes impossible to remove after long term use and not being cleaned. If we are unable to clean the rings and stains due to not being cleaned regularly, we may have to replace and file a claim. We ask that your trash be thrown away by pool and exterior of property. We do have a Goldendoodle Dog that uses a doggie door from our house to access the property. If you are bringing an outside guest, please let us introduce the dog to them as we will with you at check in. You will be given a gate remote, & we ask that you make sure if it was closed to close it when you are coming and going so that the dog does not get out as we are close to main roads & she could get hit. For long term guest we may want to access to change the air conditioner filter and put bleach down the lines. We will coordinate this with you. Our units are pet free & smoke free. In case of a hurricane, it is suggested you seek safe shelter. RVs are not considered safe shelter for strong storms. For violent weather we may have to weatherproof the units and surrounding area. We do not suggest you park under any trees as branches can come down. We do have cameras throughout exterior of property including pool area and doors of building.
The pool can be used during the day and in the evening if we are outside.
We will require guest purchase VRBO's liability insurance.
We will collect directly at check in 6% tourism tax. VRB0 collects state tax & balance.
Our 1.6-acre gated lot is located 1/2 mile to local restaurants/bars, gas stations, grocery store, pharmacy & parks. We are located 15 minutes to Wellington, Fla. which is the equestrian capital of the world. Our area is a destination spot during the winter months due to this. We also have a local destination Equestrian Area called White Fences in Loxahatchee. We are located about 20 - 30 minutes to Riviera Beach, Jupiter Beach, P-Nut Island, Rapids Water Park, and night life and Shops/Restaurants/Bars at Jupiter Harborside Place, Clematis Street, City Place. We are about 1.5 hours to Miami Beach and 2.5 hours to the theme parks in Orlando (Disney World, Universal Studios, Epcot, Islands of Adventure, Animal Kingdom & MGM Studios, and the new awesome Volcano Bay.
