The 21st floor has a beautiful view of the white, sugar sandy beaches of Panama City Beach. Our family had an amazing time in PCB. The unit has a balcony with breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast. The unit has everything you could possibly need. Room was clean. Everything worked as it should. Only issue we had was the water being shut off a few times due to a sensor going off for a leak...even when there was no leak. There’s a note on the bathroom mirror to contact and have the water turned back on and both times we had to do this the water was back on within minutes. Whatever the issue was seemed to remedy itself early in our trip. Would definitely go ban again.

Wonderful

It is a great place to stay. Beach is at your feet, restaurants and stores are at walking distance. We did not move our car for 4 days. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. I will be back for sure.

Great condo! Great hosts!

Such a beautiful beachfront view from the 21st floor. Clean and the check in was easy. Park in the 3rd level of the parking garage for easiest access to the sky bridge. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed and is walking distance to great restaurants and shops. We love Runaway Island and it’s right next door. We’ll absolutely be back!

Great location and excellent property managers

The property was very nice and had lots of amenities to make our stay comfortable! The location was very close to anything that we needed or even wanted to do! The condo was perfect for our family of 5! The views off the balcony were amazing!! The property owners were absolutely wonderful to work with! We had an unfortunate death in our family right before we were set to leave for PCB, and the funeral service was set for the day we were supposed to arrive at the condo. I let the owners know this and they were very accommodating and understanding and altered our reservation dates, so we didn't have to cut our stay short. Highly recommend this property and its owners. Would most definitely stay there again!

Balcony Issues

The unit was clean and as advertised. The issues I had were with the balcony and door to the unit. Both were very hard to open, especially the balcony. At one point i left my phone out there and could not get the door back open. My husband had to get it open. My kids couldnt open the door at all. If you are older or kids, I dont recommend this unit. The front door you had to push hard on as well. I messaged the owners and their response was just pull really hard. The issue with the balacony door limited our use of it greatly. It was very disappointing.

Beautiful view

We came for spring break and while the weather was chilly we had a wonderful experience. The condo was comfortable, clean and perfect size for my family of 5. The balcony overlooking the beach was a hit with the kids. Overall it was lovely.

Disappointed

It says it sleeps 6 in the ad but everywhere else and and everything in the room says max 5. It does have room for 6. Luckily our little one did not go. The room was very nice. I left my parking pass on the printer at home on accident and the facility made it out to be an ordeal. The beach was windy so a lot of people went to the pool. It was not storming. The resort closed the pools. I am assuming because they did not want to deal with the crowd. The beach was even still open. It was very disappointing to my teenagers. The room was nice, the resort was disappointing.

Quick PCB getsway

We made a quick trip to the beach for a weekend. Brought food and cooked and spent time in the sun. It was a great condo with amazing views of the gulf.

Wonderful Stay

The condo at Emerald Beach/Wyndham in Panama City Beach was wonderful. The condo was clean, the bed was comfortable and the 21st floor view was amazing. It was right on the beach! We will definitely rent again.

Beautiful resort but could do better on cleanliness

The resort was great, all the employees were nice and very helpful. There was great places to eat next to the resort and the beach was conveniently in walking distance however the staff could do a little better on room cleaning services.

Lovely view

On arrival the unit had not been cleaned, the bed had been slept in and linens were dirty and torn. We contacted the property manager and she had some one clean the next morning. We also had a plumbing issue and she had a plumber there that day, thankyou for the prompt service. the unit could use some TLC, The patio door was difficult to open, I could not open it. Too many towels and bedding in the closets and drawers and too many plastic cups and items left from previous renters in the cupboards, we had no where to put anything and we were there for 2 weeks
