About this property

One Block to the Ocean Close to Everything

Nicely decorated property, conveniently located in the center of Dewey Beach! We are located on the second floor of the Rainbow Cove condominium complex. This is a 3 bedroom condo, and includes a pull out sofa, which provides plenty of sleeping space.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, and a private full bathroom, bedroom #2 has a queen bed, bedroom #3 has a full/twin bunk bed. These rooms share a hallway bath. Flat screen TV's are located in the living room and master bedroom.
In an effort to keep our rental rates reasonable, we ask you to bring your own sheets and towels to this property. A contact number for a local sheet rental business will be provided with our check in information.
This is a pet friendly condo, our pet fee is $30 a day.
There is private parking for 2 cars in the carport, located underneath the condo. We have extra street parking passes for a additional fee.
The shady front porch is a great place to get out of the sun, relax, and enjoy reading a good book. This condo is equipped with WiFi and cable.

Great Weekend Getaway!

This condo was perfect for a winter weekend getaway! The location is great - a very short walk to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants. The condo is very comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. The reservation and check-in/out process was easy. We look forward to staying at this condo in the future.

Great quick weekend stay

Enjoyable, clean, but very noisy with drunk underage kids around us. The owners let us know about the music from the bar near us, so we brought ear plugs, which helped with the noise. Very convenient to beach & shopping

We were told it might be noisy with some businesses near by but we were not bothered by the noise. The rental was spacious and near both the beach and the bay, walking distance. We were very happy with our time at Dewey Beach.

Great place, great location!

We had a great time celebrating my sister's wedding! Walkable location to everything you could think of in Dewey. Great beach access - both oceanside and bayside. Kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfy. Definitely bring a set of earplugs if there's a show at the Bottle and Cork - thanks for the heads-up on the listing! We would stay here again!

We loved the easy access to the bay, and the nice balcony. Comfortable for 4 or more people with 2 full baths. I will note; however, that music from the Bottle and Cork and Jimmy's was loud from the bedrooms. We had no problem listening to our own music in the living room and balcony.

Close proximity to the beach

NIce stay! Owner warned us of music from local venue, so we did expect that and appreciated the prior communication. Vehicles were respectful at the pedestrian walk ways to cross over to the beach and it was a short walk. Only negative for us was noisy upstairs neighbors while we were trying to sleep. That said, Dewey is known to be a party town and we just rolled with it. We were young once, too! We would stay again!

Lovely condo. Very easy to communicate with hosts. Great access to beach and bay. Adjacent bars were very loud but hosts warned us when we booked so we were not surprised. Appreciate the advanced warning.

Perfect location!

The location is terrific, with the ocean and the bay just a few steps in either direction. Would recommend giving the bath mats a scrub and replacing the tablecloth, which is on its last legs. Otherwise, the apartment is very clean and really spacious. Will probably stay here again.

Perfect location

The condo is perfectly situated along the main drag of Dewey Beach. Just across the street is beach access, a small souvenir shop, and other food establishments. A "must go", just two blocks away, is Dewey Brewing. They have great beers, food and a friendly pup environment. Just along the condo's street, is Sunset Park which provides the most beautiful sunsets! When arriving, plan ahead because traffic getting through Rohobeth Beach is atrocious which is expected with a beach town. Overall, the location is perfection and we truly enjoyed our stay!

Convenient and Comfortable

The VRBO map indicated that this property was on the ocean side of Dewey. It isn't. Only two apts and a shop away from the main road, and the crosswalk is right there (and the drivers really do stop!) but it felt like a bait-and-switch. The place is pretty spacious, comfy and livable, good layout, and the kitchen is well designed and stocked with a nice selection of mostly upscale cookware. Dianne was pleasant and super responsive. We will stay longer next time.
