The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and perfect for either one family or even two. The space is well designed, welcoming, and has everything needed for a relaxing stay. The view was absolutely amazing, adding a special touch to each day. The terrace was one of our favourite features — spacious, peaceful, and ideal for spending time together, enjoying meals, or simply relaxing in the sun on the loungers. Overall, a wonderful place to stay, highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, stunning views, and a beautiful outdoor area.

Great place to stay with a view

Clean, very comfortable, well appointed with a good amount of outside space (2 balconies). Good location with supermarket only 2 minutes away as well as local bus stops. Owner responded quickly to a couple of issues and was helpful at check in. Would recommend.

Excellent location, beautiful patios!

This property in beautiful Madeira was comfortable and in an excellent location near stores and restaurants. There is one patio overlooking the water and another garden patio off the bedrooms. Maria was a wonderful hostess who even helped to arrange a rental car for us. Sadly, we turned on the dishwasher before we left and suds splashed out all over the floor and we felt terrible about that.

Très bel appartement

Un beau grand appartement sur les auteurs de cámara de lobos. Le centre est a 2 minutes en voiture ou 10 minutes à pied par des escaliers avec superbe vue. Commerce et restos a proximité. Appartement très agréable et fonctionnel avec parking au sous sol. Idéal pour découvrir Madère

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, besonders mit der Terrasse und dem Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Der Check-in war etwas kompliziert, weil wir nur wenig Portugiesisch und die Vermieter so gut wie kein Englisch konnten und es wohl ein Missverständnis mit der Ankunftszeit gab, aber alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert! Man ist mit dem Auto auch sehr schnell in Funchal oder den Bergen und einige Bars und Restaurants sind gut (allerdings eine kleine "Wanderung" den Berg hinunter, ca. 20 min) zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Séjour Madère

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement agréable et bien situé pour visiter l'île. La propriétaire est à l'écoute et très arrangeante. Pour notre arrivée, merci à Roberto qui nous as attendu une partie de la nuit à cause du retard de notre vol. Nous sommes ravis et reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors d'un prochain voyage.

Appartement bien situé, à proximité de la voie express. Grande terrasse avec vue sur mer. Seul bémol, peut-être un peu bruyant l'été, mais ceci n'a pas été notre cas. Les équipements de l'appartement sont très complets et de bonne qualité.

Casa com excelentes condições e muito bem localizada. As camas são grandes, tem dois wc, uma sala enorme, duas varandas (uma delas com uma vista incrível) e uma pequena cozinha muito bem equipada. Ainda dispõe de maquina de lavar roupa, cafeteira eléctrica, maquina de café, toalhas de banho e mantas. Excelente para quem quer conhecer a ilha devido á sua localização. Recomendo!

Fantastic apartment! Massive living room and good size bedrooms/kitchen. It was absolutely spotless and tidy. There is a great view from the terrace but it's not great for sunbathing as it doesn't get any sunlight at all. Super handy parking space in the garage. Big supermarket just round the corner open everyday-all day. Very easy access to/from Via Rapida (motorway).

Ganz tolle Wohnung mitten im Leben

Eine wirklich tolle und komplett eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Betten sind wirklich richtig gut, was sonst in Portugal eher selten ist. Durch die zwei Terrassen kann man zu jeder Tageszeit draußen sitzen. Ist es auf der einen zu sonnig geht man auf die andere. Kontakt zu den Vermieter nicht war klasse. Wurden selten so gut alle Details der Wohnung gezeigt. Der Supermarkt in der Nähe stört überhaupt nicht, auch von der Rettungswache haben wir nichts gehört. Hier lebt man nicht in einer künstlichen Welt der touristenhochburgen sondern mitten im normale Leben. Und das zum Schnäppchenpreis. Klare empfehlung.

J'ai aimé l'appartement, mais situation bonne , équipement moyen , suivi et propreté douteuse.

L'appartement est bien situé ,conforme à l'explicatif ; l'équipement ménager (vaisselles, ustensiles de cuisson) limite voire léger ; la propreté de la vaisselle désastreuse (est-ce dû au précédent locataire ? ) une bouteille de Wisky vide gisait sous un lit ; donc balayage à revoir...

Location conforme à la présentation. Pour deux et un séjour de plus de 23 jours, nous avons apprécié l'espace, le confort, la propreté, les deux terrasses, le garage. Merci à Roberto pour ses réponses très rapides et précises. Un bémol : le bruit de la rue.
