Apartment renovated in 2012, located in the center, in a residence of 24 apartments, built in 1977. Close to shops, daycare centers and children's activities, ice rink open in winter. 300 meters from alpine ski departures (Champ Giguet) and ESF but also cross-country skiing (thanks to the Beauregard cable car). Beautiful view of the village and mountains.

DINING ROOM: (parquet floor) 15.91m2, high table with 4 bar stools, armchairs, 1 BZ convertible (140), television, bay window overlooking a south-facing balcony terrace of 6.36 m2, garden furniture,

BATHROOM: 3.67 m2, shower, washbasin, W.C, towel dryer.

La superficie, proximité du centre ville. wifi inclue dans le prix de la location, équiper le logement d'un lave-linge. Appartement bruyant suite au trafic important sur la route en contre bas (le pourquoi de la notation de l'emplacement en "moyen").

comme toujours être dans le centre du bourg , proximité du champ Giguet, vue sur la chaîne des Aravis, et appartement avec parking le problème récurent du câblage de la télé de la chambre ou le simple changement de la connectique , et le problème serait réglé ! un thermomètre dans l'appart un miroir près d la porte d' entrée,ce qui éviterait une fois habillé et chaussé de redescendre les marches
