Apartment renovated in 2021, in a residence of 10 apartments, built in 1953. Close to food stores and night establishments, childcare and children's activities, ice rink in winter, 100 meters from alpine ski departures (CHAMP GIGUET) and ESF and also cross-country skiing (Beauregard cable car). Large private courtyard. Bordering a stream.
BATHROOM: 3.47 m2, walk-in shower (160x90), large sink, washing machine, hair dryer, slightly attic-style with velux
Separate toilet with hand basin.
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Best location and a great apartment.
That everything was very clean. Good coffee maker. Great kitchen utensils.
A good knife for cutting vegetables.
And the beds are a little to hard and plastic, a softer mattress would make everyone sleep better.
