Coral Cove is an indoor and outdoor retreat experience located on the beautiful island of St. John. Secluded on magical Johns Folly, the villa architecture is thoughtfully situated on a small private peninsula, making you feel as though you have the island to yourself.

The villa’s design is a brilliant combination of native stone walls, mid-century furniture, antiques and eclectic objects d’art, which create a relaxed and elegant ambiance. The Great Room can be opened up on all sides to a covered veranda allowing dramatic views, surf sounds, and sea breezes to surround you. The triangular pool bridges the space between the house and the seaside foliage – perfectly located to take a afternoon dip under the sun or an evening swim under the brilliant stars.

Tucked to one side of the property is a small pebbled beach, and a short path leads behind the hill to an intimate little bay – perfect for swimming and snorkeling. A sandy area near the water is the perfect place to lounge in the sun or enjoy a game of Bocce Ball.

Coral Cove is a perfectly appointed vacation retreat with multiple dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill area, lounge verandas outside every doorway, four private bedroom pods, nap hammock, private shoreline, and much more.

Each en-suite has a patio, ocean view, King bed, large attached dressing room and spacious bathroom. All bedrooms include AC and a twin fold out chair bed for flexible sleeping arrangements. All bedrooms have outdoor access, private ocean views, and wireless internet. The house is backed up with automatic Tesla power for those unexpected island life moments. Please note a few systems will power down to conserve battery life during a power outage.

Power is provided to St. John via an underground cable from St. Thomas. Our power supply is not always reliable and power outages are not uncommon. They are typically short lived, but can last for a few hours. These outages can happen with or without warning from the island’s power company, known as WAPA. We will do our best to keep you comfortable and informed. Antares strives to make your villa stay as comfortable and trouble free as possible. Please understand that power outages are out of our control. Please note, water will not work during an outage. There are no refunds for power loss.
