This splendid space is a dream for 2 people, and was an "atelier" where a famous South African architect imagined his artworks. Enjoy a sun-drenched space, deck, and garden views (including the view to a 100-year-old elm tree!). The location is hard to beat and is perfect for business or pleasure. Just a 5-minute walk to the Subway/Metro. The A-Train will take you to express to lower Manhattan in only 12 minutes, JFK airport in 30 minutes, Spring Studios (6 St Johns Ln) in 20min.

Enjoy a king size luxury bed with fresh Egyptian cotton linens, in a sun drenched room with a deck, outdoor dining and garden views. There is a full bathroom with tub/shower and an outdoor laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

Amazing property, amazing landlord, I couldn’t be happier with my stay.

Pam was a delight to deal with, she went above and beyond with my stay. The apartment was well appointed and very comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again.
