About this property

Spacious Farmhouse near Pemaquid Beach & Town Landing

Perfect for multigenerational family or friend gatherings. Come stay in our spacious 18th century farmhouse—one of the original homes on the Pemaquid Peninsula. The main house has five bedrooms upstairs and two full baths, and laundry facilities. The attached apartment includes a kitchen with round table and door to back deck, parlor with pull-down Murphy bed and a small bathroom with shower. Deck, BBQ grills with picnic tables, wifi, games, TV & books. Charming, funky, clean, comfortable home in a beautiful, tranquil setting.

Convenient location near Pemaquid Beach, Colonial Pemaquid State Park, Pemaquid Point Lighthouse, restaurants, kayak rentals, the ferry to Monhegan Island and more. The Town landing (water access to Pemaquid Harbor, boat ramp, dock, private deep water mooring) is at the end of the property.

Two-week rentals available from June through August; weekly rentals in May, September and October.

Perfect Maine vacation

It was our first time visiting this property. Our hosts were so lovely and accommodating. The property was clean, comfortable and close to historical sites, the beach and fantastic restaurants. Can’t say enough about our time! Can’t wait to go back.

A Pemaquid Treasure

Our family of nine found comfortable bedrooms, a fully functional kitchen, and excellent laundry facilities. Our needs were well cared for. Since we are all readers, we would have appreciated stronger lighting in the living room. Overall, great location and a wonder to stay in a historic house built in 1741.

Beautiful Pemaquid

This spacious and funky historic house gave 5 friends plenty of room to gather and spread out. Two kitchens yielded all the equipment we needed. Excellent communication and responsiveness from owners. The house is within walking/driving distance of everythhhg we wanted to do.

Relaxed spot, perfect location

My whole family enjoyed our stay at this historic Pemaquid home. The property is so charming, with enough space for 11 to sleep comfortably in beautiful renovated bedrooms. The owners are very kind, thoughtful, and communicative. And the location and grounds could not be better—convenient to grocery, restaurants, a town dock, and the beach. Pemaquid is our favorite place in the world, and this house captures its spirit.
