Lincoln Street - Near Center of Town/Beach

Fresh linens and towels are delivered on day of arrival (including beach towels during warmer months).

Walk to beach in 7/10 of a mile. Walk to downtown restaurants in 4/10 of a mile. Quiet dead-end street, wooded property. Large yard on 1/2 acre of land with patio and screened porch. Trolley stop at end of street. Propane fire-pit available for use in warmer months, fireplace available for use in months of October - April.

A cooler and beach blanket along with a beach umbrella are provided. Propane grill on outside porch. Consumables are not provided, however a minimal amount will likely be available to get you started (i.e., toilet paper, laundry soap, hand soap, shampoo, and condiments).

Peloton bike in the basement (shoes not provided).

This is our second time staying at this home and for good reason! It is a large, spacious house just a couple blocks from Route 1 near the Greenary Cafe. The house is super comfortable, with carpeted bedrooms and plenty of sleeping space. It is well appointed with with nice quality kitchen items and many products left behind from other renters. Clean linens and beach towels are delivered to the house so you see what you are getting. There is a huge amount of beach supplies so you don't have to bring your own! And Daniel is very nice, responsive and accommodating! We plan to book earlier to get in for next year!

Wonderful cottage for our family vacation. The property is very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen appliances were all fairly new and the washer and dryer was a plus! The host is very responsive. There were only two things that I was not expecting and that was linens and towels would be delivered by a service and we would need to put them on ourselves. Also, it’s required to take your trash to the transfer station on checkout day. It’s only about a mile and a half away so that really wasn’t a big inconvenience. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit in the evening. The Property location is just a short walk to town.

We loved our time at Daniel's property. The house was perfect for our family of 6 (& dogs). We enjoyed our walks to town to shop and dine in the great variety of restaurants and looked forward to our evenings around the firepit.

Wonderful house!

Ogunquit stay

This was a great property for us. Close enough to walk downtown and to the beach. The house is well kept and spotless with lots of beach chairs and towels etc. Definitely a place to return to.

Close but quiet!

This was our second time staying here and we just love it! It’s close to everything but still a quiet getaway when you are looking for a peaceful retreat. The house is well equipped with everything you could possibly need and provides all of the comforts of home!

Perfect location

There is everything you need for a wonderful vacation in an immaculate, spacious, & comfortable home. You are tucked in the woods but just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and the beach. Once you’ve stayed here once, you’ll be looking forward to returning. We did!

Perfect spot in Ogunquit

The house is lovely & so inviting. Daniel has thought of everything from linens to beach chairs to comfortable beds to an updated binder with all the info you need for the house (and surrounding community). You cannot beat the location - tucked into the woods but just steps from town.

Hidden gem in Ogunquit

This home is secluded and is an easy walk to town and the beach. Clean and spacious. Two full bathrooms to accommodate our family. Multiple dining areas - peninsula in kitchen, dining room, and screened porch. Ample parking. Dog friendly!! We truly enjoyed our stay.

Great time in ogunquit

We had a wonderful time in ogunquit. The house was very clean and had everything you would need while vacation. The beds were very comfortable and we had good nights sleep after doing a lot of walking. Anyone looking for a nice house to rent should try this house. The owner was very responsive to our needs. Thank you again for sharing your house with us, our family had a wonderful time and didn't want to leave.
