Unbelievable star gazing, awesome views. Great place for social distancing 😷

Very clean 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with sunroom upstairs and downstairs. Fully equipped kitchen with utensils. Patio with lounge chairs to sit outside and enjoy the views. Very quiet neighborhood with deer often grazing in the backyard. There is also a sleeper sofa downstairs if needed and a washer and dryer to wash clothes. Unbelievable star gazing from back patio as Westcliffe is a dark skies community https://www.onlyinyourstate.com/colorado/dark-sky-community-co/

Great location quiet

We stayed here to do some amateur astronomy and the location is perfect with dark skies and a wide horizon to work with. The house is spacious and has many nice places to hang out. The deck in the back is great and I hope we're able to stay here again during the summer to enjoy it more.

Awesome night star gazing

Very clean and neat home. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Kitchen nicely equipped. Lots of deer, great star gazing, and close to Westcliffe for Bluegrass festival! Fun!! Host very responsive to questions.

Beautiful area, right smack on the Trans America Trail!

Loved the amazing views, remote location, privacy, and clean, comfortable beds. Dishwasher isn't currently working. This is a remote area that is not always accessible through cell service, so make sure you download directions and communicate early in. Totally worth those little inconveniences!

This was perfect for us. The views were amazing. The neighborhood was quiet and spread out so it fell very private. The wildlife was abundant and entertaining. Everything we needed was available at the property. There was plenty to do in the area. We were very happy with this location!!

The views from this home, both day and night, are absolutely outstanding! The house is very clean, the kitchen well stocked, and the bed’s very comfortable. Just 16 minutes from Westcliffe, this house is perfect for star gazing, leaf peeping, and enjoying festivals and special town events.

Amazing Views of the infinite Universe!

Great property for a reasonable price. Short drive from Colorado Springs. House had everything that we needed for our 1 night stay. Beautiful landscape and amazing views of the night sky

Dark skies

The house was perfect and luckily even with the cold weather it would clear up at night and it was amazing view. We also got to see the planets align. Definitely the spot for comfort and views for sure.

Perfect for dog lovers, nature and star gazers. Spacious rooms and cozy living room.

This is the first time traveling with our small Shih Tzus. The house is perfect and very spacious for a getaway. We enjoyed watching the deer, clear night skies and 360 mountain views. I had apprehensions about taking my dogs and staying at a pet friendly house. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and fresh everything was.The house was equipped to handle my Shih Tzus and home cooked meals. We look forward to staying there again.

Beautiful Stars and house

The house was great. Beautiful views and amazing stars could be seen each night. Internet and RV worked well. The upstairs bath we used worked great too. Nice place to eat breakfast each morning. The storm front door was blown open if not shut tightly, but not a big deal.

Dana and I LOVE the Country and this VRBO is set in a beautiful location with breathtaking views - and in the evening you can see stars that you just don't see anywhere (unless you are in the Country)... The Home is awesome - really a nice place!! Check-in was easy as was Check-out -- We are building in Westcliffe - and the other VRBO that we rented before was booked -- and I'm really glad it was - because it was inside the town and I would much rather be outside the town -- I give this place a 10 out of 10 -- We will rent this again - we visit every three to four weeks... We enjoyed our stay greatly. The reception for cell phones was a little tricky which made it a little difficult to communicate hence my 4 star rating instead of 5, but this can also be a plus for those who really want to get away! Stargazing was amazing as was the weather!

Great get-away for peace and quiet

Clean property, has cooking utensils and good matresses. Enjoyed doung schoolwork and taking a nap downstairs in the sunroom.
