About this property
Are you thinking about cabin tripping in Colorado? We have you covered.
Cozy log cabin nestled in the Wet Mountains of Colorado. Sitting at 9350 elevation makes for fabulous temperatures. Peaceful and quiet. The National forest is adjacent to the cabin for your pleasure. Hiking, biking, or bring or rent an ATV for all the trails the forest has to offer. For the fisherman at heart, we have Lake Isabel 10 minutes away. We have an abundance of wildlife as well. Bishop’s Castle, a local attraction is just down the road. It is one of a kind! Also, within an hours drive is The Royal Gorge Bridge in Canon City and to top your day off, Canon City offers rafting trips and zip line tours for all you dare devils. The quaint town of Westcliffe at the base of the picturesque Sangre de Cristo mountain range offers shopping and eateries just a half hour from the cabin while Florence with all of its antique shops is only 45 minutes away. For those that wish to fly in, Colorado Springs is an hour away and Denver is 2 1/2 hours. We welcome pets too for a fee. Canon City has The Holy Cross Abbey for wine tasters. Come join us and enjoy our cabin in the alpine mountains of Colorado!
