Cozy Cabin on the Creek
You have the complete home to yourself, 3 BR's, 1 Bath, a kitchen with basic tools to cook your meals, a gas fireplace, an extensive library with Old West books, history of the area books, children's books, survival books, organic gardening books, Christian books, maps, board games and cards, etc.
The kitchen-(Gas stove and oven)-Cookware for preparing your meals-pots, pans, dishes, bowls, glasses, strainers, matches for lighting the grill above the stove, air fryer, Keurig with pods, tea kettle, cutting board, knives, can opener, toaster, hand mixer, cork screw, basic spices. (Flashlights in drawer next to frig.)
The recreation room is in the 2-car garage with a pool table, foosball, table tennis, darts, treadmill and weight bench. There is a small refrigerator in here as well.
The washer and dryer are in the basement for your use.
There is a propane gas grill on the patio as well as a table, chairs and a swing. You can hear the roar from the creek below.
Greenhorn Creek is a short walk (about 300') to the south boundary of the 3 acres. Look for the bench under the trees and enjoy the peaceful setting and sound of water.

We have looked for years for an affordable cabin on a creek or stream. We renovated the cabin to bless us and others. The well water quality is excellent (22 parameters checked). Rye, CO offers small town friendliness with great restaurants in the area with plenty of trails, lakes and streams for hiking and wildlife enjoyment.
What makes this property unique
3 acres on a corner lot on a creek that flows year round in a remodeled cabin designed by our Interior Designer daughter from Chicago. Cozy and peaceful with lots of amenities.
