Welcome to Casa del Drea. Imagine a property that has it all. If you're looking for a nice relaxing and romantic property or a family and friends retreat this is the home. Unique setting with custom painted walls and cozy decor. Full-service kitchen with two sliders that open to the outside to bring the two spaces together. Full coffee bar with separate seating area. Living area with TV, wifi and a sliding glass door that leads to the sunroom that is equipped with chairs and side table. Washer and dryer. Fenced yard. Keyless entry and private entry room with additional door. Tankless water heater to provide all the hot water needed. 10 minutes to San Isabel Lake, 20 to Bishops Castle and 45 to Westcliffe.

Hello - my name is Andrea and welcome to the Casa del Drea. A little history about me as your host. I grew up in Pueblo Co. (20 minutes north of Colorado City) and currently live in Denver Metro, Co. In my career in real estate, I always knew that I wanted to have a mountain home to take me away from the big city life and to enjoy my time off with my family and friends when we all have time to get together. I always liked the idea of having a short walk or ride to adventure the outdoors where the deer roam freely. When I am in Rye, some of my favorite things to do is start my day by enjoy my coffee in the sunroom, eating at the Rye Cafe (less than 1 block away) visiting with old friends and making new ones. Other fun things to do is picnic at the Rye Mountain Park-5 minutes away, San Isabel lake-10 minutes away, Bishops Castle-20 minutes away, the old town of Westcliffe-a short 45-minute drive and relaxing in the yard with a glass of wine and watching the deer. There are so many things to do in the surrounding areas that will take your breath away. Why they chose this property
Casa del Drea is a property that is unique. Some of the history of this property is that is at one time it was a garage, daycare and glass blowing art gallery. The unique apple trees (red, yellow and green) produce so many apples in the summer/fall time and the plumb trees are also producing which makes this an orchard haven. Also, the location offers access to so many fun things to do makes it a perfect location.
