Rick was a wonderful host. He called several days prior to the trip to review the check in process. We spoke about the amenities that we would have access to at the house. Check in process was very smooth. He was quick to respond if we had any questions. The house was perfect for our girl's weekend trip. Having access to the golf cart was wonderful! We really enjoyed cruising around the campground.

Wasn’t cleaned well. Toilet seats had crap speckle underneath. Grill was full of bugs and leftover food. Also burners were all burnt out. Needed to be replaced. Disappointing.

The location was wonderful, clean, and minutes (walk) from the beach. Cart helped out and made things easier within the park. Host was great and communicated when needed. Definitely would stay there again.
