Ground Floor: Entrance to a spacious living room with a flat-screen SMART TV, lounge area with sofas, and an extendable dining table for additional guests. There is a bathroom with a shower. To the left is a single bedroom; to the right, a fully equipped kitchen with French doors opening to the pool area. The outdoor space includes garden furniture and an electric awning for comfort throughout the day.

First Floor: Upstairs, there is a bathroom with both bathtub and separate shower. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with terrace access, a second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower) and terrace, and a single bedroom with a pull-out bed that can be converted into a double room, also with terrace access.

Short break in May

Had a very nice 3 days out of season. Villa just as described online. Scenery and Beaches were glorious, local restaurants a pleasure to discover. Tuscany in style very good to deal with and Elena was very prompt and saved us when I lost the house keys!

Convenient to grocery and sea. Manager responsive to internet outage. Kids enjoyed the pool. Plenty of space in and out for relaxing.

Lovely property

We were hoping for a beach holiday but a bit disappointed to find we couldn’t go unless we hired beds from the beach clubs, you can’t lay down your own towel in this area and let the children play. However we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and eating outdoors at the property and Pietrasanta town was lovely with great eating places. We had a trip into the mountains to swim/paddle in waterfalls, beautiful and secluded. Train to Cinque Terre was easy and clean and a fun way to travel with small children.

Nice quiet neighbourhood

The host repaired broken and damaged furniture asap. You can not drive in to the proparty with a sub there is a huge bump in the driveway

Schöne Villa in Perfekte Lage 🌞

Ich bin viel gereist. Auch Ferienhäuser in Italien und andere länder gemietet gehabt. Aber selten habe ich so eine nette und kompetente Betreuung von Buchung bis zur Abreise erlebt wie von Tuscany In Style bzw. von Elena. Vielen Dank von mir und uns allen. Zur Villa Boppi: alles perfekt. Schöner Villa in ruhige Lage ca. in der Mitte von Altstadt Pietrasanta und in die Gegenseite Strand. Jeweils 5 Auto min. Am Anreise Tag hatte ich mit Elena über WhatsApp wegen der Ankunftszeit geschrieben. Mit standort bzw. von Navi prognostizierte Ankunftszeit upgedatet. Als wir da ankommen sind, war die Elena da und hat uns Empfangen. Wie schon gesagt, Sie ist wirklich sehr nett und uns alles kompetent gezeigt und erklärt. Im Haus ist wirklich alles von A bis Z was man braucht. Betten waren frisch bezogen, für jeden mehrere frische Bade/Handtücher. Haus 1 A sauber und Pool in top Zustand gereinigt. Wir (sieben) hatten schöne Tage im Haus, Pool und Toskana Gegend. Nochmal Vielen Lieben Dank an Tuscany & Elena.

Topobjekt mit kleinen Abstrichen

Zuerst einmal : Die Lage und das Objekt an sich ist wunderschön. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und würden das Objekt jederzeit wieder anmieten. Der Pool ist sehr angenehm, die 'Whirlpool'-Funktion sehr schön. Zwei Terrassen (vorne am Haus und am Pool) mit Tischen - wir haben ausschließlich auf der Terrase am Pool gegessen und gesessen. Kurzer weg in die Küche - toll. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet - einige Kaffekapseln werden gleich mitgeliefert - top. Zwei Kühlschränke - einer mit Eisfach, d.h. auch genug Platz um Getränke zu kühlen. Betten groß und angenehme Matratzen - etwas härter, wir mögen das. Allerdings war das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis aus meiner Sicht nicht ganz in Ordnung. Sauberkeit - Das Objekt war sehr sauber und gereinigt. Leider wurde der Pool während unserer Anwesenheit nicht oder nur mangelhaft gereinigt. War jetzt nicht superstörend, allerdings war die Reinigung versprochen worden. Zustand - Die Klinke im unteren Bad war nicht fest, im oberen Badezimmer fehlte ein Lampenschirm. Weingläser waren nur drei vorhanden (wurden nach Frage jedoch nachgeliefert). Ansonsten war der Zustand sehr gut. Während des Aufenthalts wurden im Ort Bäume gefällt und wurden in der Nähe auf einem Platz zerspant. Im Nachbarhaus wurden Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt. Es kam an drei Tagen zu erheblichem Lärm ab ca. 8 Uhr. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietergesellschaft war top, auf alle Fragen - auch bzgl. Lärm wurde prompt reagiert - super Kommunikation

Tolles sauberes Haus mit super Ausstattung

Schönes Doppelhaus, ca. 1 KM vom Strand entfernt. Toller Pool den wir täglich nutzten. Ost- und Westterrasse wo man immer einen Sonnen- und/oder Schattenplatz findet.

Sehr sauberes modern eingerichtetes Haus. Super Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Freitags besser einen Ausflug planen da kommt bei den Nachbarn gern der Gärtner und pflegt Rasen und Sträucher Ansonsten sehr ruhige Lage circa 10min zu Fuss zum Strand. Aktuell ist nur Außengastronomie in Italien erlaubt, deshalb Freitag / Samstag unbedingt Tisch im Restaurant reservieren sonst hat men keine Chance auf einen Platz. Der Pool ist klein aber fein im Mai noch ein wenig kalt.

Perfect autumn holiday

The villa is truly a villa: the house is super and very big, the pool is amazing, the location in Marina di Pietrasanta is in a quiet residential area (none of the immediate neighbours were still there). The small town is also a good spot for surfing and has a nice beach. The kitchen has two fridges and one freezer which come in very handy. Three bathrooms – very nice. The furnishings and cleanliness were perfect. The 2 terraces are very nice as well as the balconies. The contact with the agency was friendly and optimal, they also provided us with tips for day trips and restaurants in the area. All in all, we had a perfect stay at Villa Boppi!

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Check-in problemlos. Mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten am Meer. Restaurants und Supermarkt gut erreichbar. Leider wurde der Pool der von einem Sturm verdreckt warn erst nach 6 Tagen gereinigt, einen Tag vor unserer Abfahrt,. Wir mussten ihn selbst notdürftig säubern um ihn benutzen zu können. Der Poolbereich ist umgeben von mehrstöckigen hässlichen Häusern, somit ist keine Privatatmosphäre gegeben, aber es gibt eine zweite Terrasse vor dem Haus.

Schönes, gut ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Ruhige Lage in einem eingewachsenen Ferienhaus-Viertel, schön grün, toller Blick auf die Berge. Zum Meer zu Fuß 15-20 min. Schöne Terrasse nach Osten und Pool nach Westen. 3 Bäder, 4 Zimmer. Alles sehr großzügig und in gutem Zustand. Die Agentur tuscany in style ist sehr zu empfehlen.

We loved our stay in Villa Boppi. The Villa is located in a nice residential area with some useful shops nearby. The cyclepath is very usefull to reach both Marina di Pietrasanta and Pietrasanta historical city centre. The Villa is well equipped and very clean. We had a great time

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza a Villa Boppi. La location è perfetta quanto a posizione, pulitissima e in ottimo stato. Lo spazio esterno è godibilissimo e invita a trascorrere splendidi momenti di relax sia a bordo piscina sia comodamente seduti in veranda. La zona barbecue è ben attrezzata e consente la preparazione di ottime grigliate di buon pesce fresco. Elena è persona squisita, disponibile e attenta. Noi eravamo due famiglie con due bambini e tutto è stato perfetto. Consiglio questa villa a tutti senza riserve.

Ottima soluzione per avere tutto a portata di mano

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa si trova in una zona abbastanza tranquilla di Marina di Pietrasanta, ha posto auto interno, aria condizionata, wi-fi. La piscina non è molto grande ma per far giocare i bambini è perfetta. Siamo stati molto bene, la ragazza dell'agenzia è sempre stata cortese e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione. Per famiglie con bambini è l'ideale!
