Jessica's place was fantastic! Great location and an easy walk to Broadway. The check in process was so smooth and communication was great throughout the stay. The bathroom closet was stocked with toiletries. The space was clean and beautiful.

Clean place located about 0.8 miles from Broadway, 15 minute walk or cheap Uber ride.Been in the complex before, parking and location a plus.It is on the 3rd floor so if you have issues with steps may want to inquire about a botoom floor unit.

The place was nice and clean with lots of thoughtful touches. The location worked out well for a quick trip without a car. An unfortunate issue arose with the complex (not the unit itself) but Jessica was very quick to respond and very generous with helping us remedy the situation. All in all, a fun little getaway in a great place!

We had a fabulous time here. Easy check in, clean plenty of room. Beds was comfortable. I felt safe there. Ty was easy to talk to very friendly. They has a few snack extra stuff just in case we forgot things really nice. This is a great place only 10min walk to Ascend. This is a great choice.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in downtown Nashville. It was just far enough from the action to avoid the downtown noise, but still close enough to walk right into it. We needed three beds and a washer/dryer, and this place delivered. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of amenities, and communication with the host was excellent—quick and helpful every time.

Beautiful apartment in downtown!

Jessica was so responsive! The apartment was clean, easy to access, and a great location. I'd recently had surgery, so we opted to Uber to and from Broadway, and it was inexpensive to do so. The free parking was a huge savings. Everything was just as it was pictured! Would 100% stay there again!

Great stay for a girls weekend. The apartment was decorated nicely, it was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was a walkable distance to everything we wanted to do (only 10-15 mins to Broadway). Lots of extra toiletries and supplies stored in closet, which was helpful, as we needed extra sunscreen. The white noise machine was a great touch as well, in order to drown out the traffic and city noises. We had some booking issues prior to our arrival, and the hosts were extremely responsive and helfpul. Ultimately, we would definitely stay again.

Fun Bachelorette Weekend

We had a small group (three of us) for a bachelorette weekend and it was such a perfect location! The hosts were super great to work with and even have recommendations for things to do. Would definitely stay here again!

We had 5 adults on our trip, this place was great for us. Plenty of room,,all the beds and pull out couch were roomy and comfortable.. the location was great as well, walked everywhere easily. The swing chair on the balcony was a terrific touch, we all enit!it!it!swalbroadway, lots to do in the area.

Concert getaway.

Perfect!

Tyler is a great host! They have thought everything to make your stay perfect. The location is great and easy to get to Broadway. They have all the amenities you could possibly need. Would definitely stay here or at any of JeTy vacation homes in the future.

Hello! Thank you for considering our homes! Our homes are in fantastic locations, carefully chosen areas where we would live ourselves. They are not in "transitional" areas and feature special touches to create a memorable vacation experience. Our offerings include:

East Nashville home with a pool and hot tub, accommodating up to 12 guests.
Eight trendy and centrally located downtown condos, all in the same complex, accommodating 4-8 people each.
Oceanfront condo in Panama City Beach.
Amazing private cabin in the mountains.
We enjoy exploring new places and have a range of hobbies. Currently, my favorite is wake surfing, while Tyler is an avid scuba diver. Weekends at the lake on our houseboat are another favorite pastime. Personally, I'm into hot yoga, and Tyler enjoys running in our neighborhood. In addition to hosting on Airbnb, I taught 4th grade in East Nashville for 13 years and work as a local realtor, specializing in helping women purchase their first homes. Tyler is a realtor and a proud Nashville native. He is always available to assist our guests and can help you plan a memorable Nashville vacation.

We are huge fans of the Nashville Predators and Tennessee Titans, attending many of their games. Music holds a special place in our hearts, and we frequently attend shows, often securing last-minute tickets. Lastly, we are overjoyed to be the proud parents of our baby girl, Lillie!
