Wonderful Rural Home

We stayed in this beautiful home for a few weeks while in the area. The home was equipped with everything we needed. The house is in a rural area but still close enough to town. Toni was an amazing host and although we needed need her during our stay she was more than happy to assist with anything we needed to make our stay even better. We will definitely stay again.

Good

The property is pretty big and clean. Be sure to get all your groceries and board games in advance because the house is 20 min away from “town”. Toni was nice but not flexible with the check-out time.

Thanks so much for your stay, we are glad you enjoyed your time here. I understood from your messages that you had so much fun you wanted to remain an additional evening to host a dinner party, but did not want to have to pay for the extra night. You were welcome to stay the additional 10 hrs after check out time, the fee was only an extra $100 because it would have prevented another party from renting the home that evening. And it also would have prevented the cleaning crew from fulfilling their work contract (meaning they would have lost the income that day.) It may seem hard to understand, but every business has expenses. There are four horse-related board games, puzzles and two decks of cards that guests are welcome to enjoy. And the listing does indicate it's 17 miles from town which makes for even more peace and quiet! We did not charge you for damages - candle wax on the dresser top, closet door pushed off the tracks, and all the wine bottles we had to haul to the dump!
