MiMi's House: the perfect family get-away-home on 30A! Our two-story home is a newer construction in the Dune Side Community of Blue Mountain Beach finished in May 2019. Just freshly painted, inside and outside, new Trex Decking and new Napoleon Grill! MiMi's House is an approximately five minute-walk to the first of several Blue Mountain Beach public-access areas that give our guests the opportunity to take-in the white sugar-sand beaches and the beautiful waters of the "Emerald Coast."

Natural sunlight streams through large sliding glass doors in the downstairs L-shaped open floor plan. Seating for eight to ten around the large dining room table is steps away from seating for 6 at the expansive center-island. The well-equipped gourmet kitchen features all-new stainless-steel appliances including a large-capacity Kitchen-Aid refrigerator freezer with water and ice dispenser and a wine refrigerator. Coffee drinkers find both a family-sized coffee maker and a Keurig individual cup maker. As you move from being the morning barista to afternoon and evening tropical drinks, the Ninja blender will make you look like a professional mixologist. The kitchen and dining areas meld into the family room that offers a large, comfy, leather sectional, and a 75-inch flatscreen SONY TV with Sonos Sound Bar. The family room and dining area both allow direct access to the private-pool deck and screened-porch. MiMi's house is the only home in Dune Side where the pool and screened -porch areas are completely private from other residences.

Enjoy a picnic-lunch on the screened-porch while seated at the oversized outdoor dining table and comfortable chairs that are just steps away from the outdoor, Kitchen Aid, direct-line gas grill. The beautiful, heated 10x18 pool features a cascading water-fall and subsurface lighting with built-in seating. Chilling by the pool is made easy with both chaise-lounge and Adirondack seating. On your return from a great-day at the beach, wash your sand-covered feet or sandals off with the foot-wash just outside the pool-gate then rinse-off completely under the outdoor shower once you enter the pool deck.

Before going up the extra-wide, open stairwell, check-out the fully-equipped laundry room and pantry conveniently tucked off the kitchen, and the first-floor powder room.

Now that you are upstairs, you can really see why MiMi's house is family-friendly. The Master Bedroom and Mini-Master are a opposite ends of the L-Shaped house. This thoughtful lay-out is unique to the homes in Dune Side.

As you enter the large Master Bedroom you will find a generously-sized walk-in closet. Kick your feet-up on the soft leather recliner that has its own mobile-device port while watching the large flat-screen SONY TV. Sleep will come comfortably on the low-profile king-sized bed, and, when it's time to get ready, use the make-up table to put on the finishing touches. Enjoy your morning coffee on the Romeo-and-Juliet deck with your someone special. Later in the evening enjoy a glass of wine as you watch the sunset on the west-facing deck. Taking a hot bath in the soaking tub or enjoying the large walk-in shower put the exclamation point on the awesome master bedroom space.

A second family can enjoy the mini-master suite over the garage. Use the stylish barn-door to make the master-bedroom with King bed, and bathroom a suite unto itself, or just use bedroom with king bed, walk-in closet, and flat-screen Sony Tv for yourself, and allow others in your party to enjoy the kids' bunk area with their own flat screen tv and the double-vanity and walk-in glass-door shower bathroom.

Need flexibility in sleeping arrangements? MiMi's House has the solution. In addition to the flexible use of the mini-master, the other two bedrooms give you a choice of a single, queen-bed with its own flat-screen Sony TV in one room and two bunk-beds with full-size mattresses on the lower bunks and single-mattresses on the upper bunks, along with another flat-screen Sony Tv, in the other room. Adjacent to the queen room is a third full bathroom with a walk-in shower and built-in tiled-seating. All-in-all, MiMi's House can accommodate up to 12 adults, or a combination of adults and children.

Before going back down the stairwell, stop again for a moment to look-out over the inviting pool area and 30A. As you look to the East , envision yourself taking the 2-minute walk to Sally's By The Sea Store, the Blue Mountain Bakery, and Big Daddy's Bike Shop. Another minute away is McTighe's Irish Pub and Blue Mabel Restaurant. One more minute on your walk and you will arrive at the famous Blue Mountain Creamery. If you want more exercise than walking, jump on the famous 30A bike-path immediately across 30A and go for miles on your bike in either direction. Once you park your vehicle in the driveway at MiMi's House, you may never need to get in your car until its time, sadly, to go home.
