A dedicated pool is immediately in front of your patio so a watchful eye can be kept on the children playing in the shallow end. Just steps away is another large pool and sunning area at the palapa-covered Ocean Beach Club.

Hacienda de Mita is one of several guard-gated communities within the 24/7 secured enclave of Punta Mita and is only a five-minute walk out the pedestrian gate to restaurants and shops in the charming adjacent town Corral del Risco.

A golf cart is included in your stay for you to visit all the other fantastic beach clubs, the racket sports facility, gym and golf courses as well as the world-class Four Seasons and St. Regis resorts.

Premiere Golf and Beach Club Membership Included

Your stay at Casa Playa includes the Premiere Golf Membership, which allows booking tee times for both Jack Nicholas Signature golf courses as well as use of the practice areas as well as golf lessons.

Also included in the membership is access to the five beach clubs, use of the surf and SUP boards, kayaks, catamarans, the gym and the racket sport courts.

In addition to the amazing views of Banderas Bay you're only steps from the pool and the ocean. An easy five-minute walk through the security gate takes your family and friends to the numerous waterfront restaurants and shops of Corral del Risco.
Walk, run or bike on the dedicated paths that meander throughout the property behind the gates.

You can test your skills on the waves of El Anclote aka “Little Malibu”, one of Mexico’s best breaks, right in front of your condo or arrange for a local panga boat to take you to one of several nearby surf breaks or to snorkel out at Isla Marietas.

There are four additional private Beach Clubs only minutes away by golf cart. Each club has its own unique vibe, watersport activities, and spectacular vistas. All these clubs have lounge chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and serve delicious food and beverages.
Housekeeping

Our wonderful housekeeper, Vicky, will make sure everything is clean, organized and prepared for your arrival and will keep it that way during your stay.

Cook
Vicky will also prepare breakfast daily ( ingredients are not included ) Additional in-house meal service can be pre-arranged for your stay with local chefs.

Concierge
Alejandra, our concierge, will coordinate ground transportation, purchase groceries for you and book outdoor activities and restaurant reservations.

Golf Cart
Your stay includes a six-passenger golf cart with a close-in reserved parking space in the garage.

PROPERTY DETAILS
Completely remodeled in casual beach style with a splash of Nueva Mexicana during the summer and fall of 2022, Casa Playa is nearly four thousand square feet of luxurious indoor and outdoor living space connected by full width sliding glass walls.

Two Master suites, an ensuite third double-bedroom, a bunk room for the kids with full bath and a day-use powder room, comfortability accommodate six adults and two children. A large living room has seating for eight.

Vicky, your resident housekeeper, will make sure all things remain clean, organized and well-stocked. In addition, she will prepare breakfast daily in the large professional kitchen. Liz, our concierge, will coordinate your menu, grocery order and delivery.

Both of the indoor and outdoor formal dining areas provide seating for eight. A large kitchen Island and patio coffee table are available for informal dining and cocktails. A wine cooler will keep your reds, whites and sparkling varietals properly chilled.

The full width sliding glass walls open onto two expansive patio areas, only available in ground floor properties.

The left side of the upper patio is arranged for outside dining and screened for privacy with Queen Palms. The right side of the upper patio has an overstuffed couch and two chairs for comfortable seating to share the days stories, take a siesta or enjoy the cool evening air.
The lower pergola-covered patio of this ground floor property has four comfortable teak chaise lounges for sunning and is only a few feet from the pool so you can keep an eye on the children.

HOA Policies

Punta Mita requires IDs (issued to guests at arrival) to access all facilities
Hacienda de Mita is strict about their rules and policies and enforces them with fines
“Quiet Time” is between 10:00PM and 8:00AM – no noise that will disturb others
No glass, music, diving/jumping, or toys in the pool area
Maximum 8 persons sleeping per condo
No large gatherings or parties at a condo during the day
Casa Playa has a sleeping limit of 6 adults and 2 children, 12 and under
