Amazing View of the Côte d'Azur

Cute little house with an amazing view over the Mediterranean. Perfect for a couple or a small family with children. Private pool in large garden. 2 bedrooms, both with double beds. There is a sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two additional people if necessary. TV, cable, DVD, wifi. The kitchen is functional and recent and has all appliances, including a dish washer. Separate toilet. Bathroom with bathtub and one sink. Washing machine and drier.

There is no fencing around the house.

A lovely quiet home with great views

This was a wonderful place to stay. Close enough to the coast and main cities but far enough away for tranquility and space. Car is definitely needed but the property is not overlooked and is very private. A lovely holiday and great and very flexible host.

Wonderful setting

Lovely views across the coast. The pool is a good size and we spent a lot of our time beside it. The local medieval village is just a short drive away, with a boulangerie, patisserie and some good places to eat. There is a vibrant market in the village on a Wednesday morning. Susanna was a very helpful host during our stay.

Fabulous location! We stayed 12 nights at this wonderful Villa in August and we had the most amazing holiday that has given us some fantastic memories. The house has everything you'd need. The views across the coast were breathtaking! The private pool is really good size. Susanna is an incredible host ! We can't wait to go back! You need a good car 🚘

Très bel endroit sur les hauteurs de Tourettes sur Loup, joli maison bien aménagée en pleine nature avec la visite d'un cerf , vue superbe vers la Côte d'Azur , Théoule et les iles de Lérins , Cannes , Nice .Très belle et grande piscine bien conçue à côté de la maison . Un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours dans cette maison, très cosy, propre et tout confort, avec une vue à couper le souffle. Nous avons également bien profité de la piscine très agréable. Cette propriété est idéalement située pour découvrir de nombreux sites sans faire trop de route. Une mention spéciale à la propriétaire, Susanna, très accueillante et toujours disponible si question. Mauvaises surprise

Malgres le fait que ce soit une réservation de dernière minute, nous étions quand même déçu de la location et surtout de plusieurs « malentendu »une fois arrivé. Hôte sympathique mais malheureusement ne rattrape pas tout le reste ,route très pentues et étroites sur les 10 dernières minute et jusqu’à la maison mais aussi quelques petit détails qui mis bout à bout ne vont pas dans le sens d’un séjour vacancier . Seul le coins piscine reste agréable .

Après avoir dompté la côte pour accéder à la maison. Vous êtes chez vous.. La vue est époustouflante on ne peut se lasser.. La maison est plus que complète C est un point ultra positif.. Susanne est adorable. Nous recherchions le calme et l avons trouvé. La piscine est de belle taille. Je recommande.

Très belle maison avec une vue magnifique et une piscine isolée des regards indiscrets. Nous nous sommes reposés dans ce bel endroit pendant deux semaines. La maison est bien équipée avec tout nécessaire. La maîtresse de maison, Suzanne, est très gentille et attentionnée. Alt, aber mit Charme

Auf den Fotos des Inserats ist bereits zu erkennen, dass es sich um ein sehr altes Haus handelt. Aber wir hatten keine zu hohen Ansprüche. Also wir angekommen sind, dachte ich erst "oh mein Gott, das ist wirklich alt". Aber von innen ist das Haus wirklich schnuckelig und es hat alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten waren auch ok. Lediglich zu bemängeln habe ich, dass sie Schränke sehr gefüllt waren mit Handtüchern, Bettwäsche usw. Hier hätte ich mir mehr Platz für unsere Sachen gewünscht. So musste ich zunächst die Schränke ausräumen. Die Lage ist sehr schön. Es ist so ziemlich das letzte Haus ganz oben auf dem Berg. Der Blick nach unten toll. Jedoch musste man an die Küste doch immer 30 - 50 min fahren. Der Poolbereich ist ganz nett, allerdings könnte man diesen etwas gemütlicher gestalten. Ein paar ordentliche Liegen, das Unkraut entfernen und schon sieht es netter aus. Aber alles in allem in Ordnung. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt hier.

A beautiful house, with a view to die for!

This house is truly Home from Home. The mattresses are very good, the kitchen is well equipped, cleaning things are brilliant and the house itself is just stunning. It is not far a walk to Tourette sur loup which is a beautiful town where you can buy gifts, have a meal or visit the shops and boulangeries. The motorways are not far to take you to nice, Cagnes-sur-Mer, Cannes or further! Vence, the closest big town is so pretty! The pool in the house is beautiful and we were lucky enough to see wild boar, eagles, lizards and beautiful birds. We are sad to leave but have really enjoyed our stay.

Relaxed, Revived and Rejuvenated with Divine Views and Wonderfully Private Pool

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, well equipped rustic chic villa. We found it the perfect place to relax and recoup from the busy-ness of everyday life while still being as connected as we wanted to be with decent wifi and Netflix. The timeless setting up on the mountain gave us space to relax, breathe and enjoy outstanding views by day and shooting stars by night. When we could bear to drag ourselves away from the bubble of blissful tranquillity and venture out, the city of Nice (including the airport) are surprisingly close, just 30min drive away. My husband loved the villa’s modern kitchen with well thought out details as he loves to cook. I like to get a flavour of the local area and there are several achingly beautiful villages nearby with friendly bars and restaurants to enjoy local (and international) culinary delights. My personal favourite was the villa’s pool area, a few steps through the garden to a wonderfully secluded private swimming pool. The comfy loungers provided my ideal place to snooze, swim and sunbathe lost in a good book. The villa was clean and well cared for and we’re happy to recommend it to friends and family. We’ve already booked ourselves in for next year!

Hello, I am a Swedish citizen but I have lived most of my life in Geneva Switzerland. This house has been in the family for over 35 years and we use it as a lovely place for rest and relaxation. I have a long career from the non-profit sector. But the internet has been my passion for a long time and now I make my living specializing in search engine optimization.

Why they chose this property

It was love at first site. I was 18 years old when we first visited. The view is breathtaking and the calm surroundings made us choose the location. The region is very rich with activities. It is also close enough to Geneva that is is possible to come here regularly. There was no pool to begin with so this was an addition that has really increased the benefits of spending time here in summer.

What makes this property unique

The view from the terrace in front of the house is very soothing to look at. After more than 3 decades, I am still in awe every time I come here. It's hard to explain the effect spending time here has on you. It is very calming and restful. People sleep better; smile more; families keep coming back year after year with their kids. Families say it feels like 'their' house. The location is great for visiting the surrounding region. Only 35 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes to the nearest shop. The area is quiet so if you are looking for busy streets, night clubs, and mingling with other tourists you should select another location. That being said, if that is what you wish to experience you can always find this within a short drive to either Nice, Antibes or Cannes. The busiest time in Tourrettes is on Wednesday mornings when the market is on. Otherwise it is pretty quiet.
The house is more of a home-away-from-home experience.
