This newly renovated 3800 sq fr home in half acre features 5 bedrooms with 1 bed/bath and den in the basement.

Master : king bed, jacuzzi tub,dual rain shower
Bedroom 2: 2 twin
Bedroom 3 : 2 twin
Bedroom 4 : queen bed
Bedroom 5 : queen bed (downstairs)

2 Children twin beds, 2 queen air mattress, upon request.

Kitchen is a chefs dream with indoor grill and all the kitchen gadgets.

Relax in the dreamy front porch surrounded by flowers in the garden. The large trees provide ample shade that allow you to enjoy it year round.

The backyard features pool with swim up bar, large outdoor grill and seating, fireplace, and large yard and fruit trees. Pool is gated but is not heated at this time.

Conveniently located near the US 60, 20 min from PHX international airport. Close to restaurants, shops, Downtown gilbert, and farmers markets, spring training, hiking, etc.

PHX 2021

The house is very lovely! Very comfortable and well equipped. We had some plumbing issues in the Master Bath with sink drainage. I think the yard could have been cleaned more by simply hosing down the patio area and around the pool. I had to clean up all the pool area furniture before using. While these are minor details it would have been nice if this was done beforehand. I would still give this property a 5 star rating! Please Note: All cleaning supplies should be out of children's reach! (those kept in lower cabinet of kitchen island)

Phoenix Stay

We loved having this property as our home base. We were exploring the area for a potential move here. The kids felt at home and the house was great. Wish the pool was heated and that the outdoor area was a little cleaner. Thanks for a great week and we enjoyed our stay.

Meagan was awesome to work with and the house was wonderful! Meagan went above and beyond to make our stay special and comfortable! We would definitely stay here again! The location was great, very close to everything and she even left us a list of great places to visit in the area! This was a perfect getaway for our family!
