Me estafaron

Necesito que me hagan una devolución, me hicieron una estafa, me cobraron la estancia, y nunca me respondieron, avisé para el check in, y tampoco, avisé con horas de anticipación y no me dijeron nada, quiero un reembolso, completo y los daños por dejarnos sin habitación cuando por eso se reservó con anticipación, y se pagó, agradezco mucho, y requiero pago de los daños y que me regresen el 100% de lo que se pago

Very misleading the property is in need of much badly required maintenance very little communication

The resort area peninsula is very well maintained The property was and is in need of heavy duty maintenance such as plumbing issues leaking showers ,sink not working in master suite linens are in need of replacing most positive of the visit was Cynthya and her husband who were filling in for property manager tried her best to accommodate
