Views of the surf break across Punta Mita, the Marieta Islands, and Whale Watching from your balcony (seasonal). Just a piece of paradise that you can enjoy for a very reasonable price.

The Condo has 24/7 security. Different activities are available in the area, all very convenient, from Golf , to great fishing, surfing (great for anybody learning and options for any advanced surfers as well), and others.

There is the option for a personal concierge to set up any activities you may want and also the option for a personal chef. Just what you need to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets and phenomenal weather.

The town is a beautiful village that gives this place a traditional touch. Plenty good restaurants and a calm environment to enjoy.
