Pretty cocooning house of 40m2 completely renovated ideal for a family of 4 people in a private residence with parking and electric gate.
The house is located 10 minutes walk from the beach of St Brice, 2 minutes from the bike path in a small quiet street and 10 minutes walk from the center of Arès with its various shops.

When you arrive there you will discover:

- A pretty wooden terrace to relax and have an aperitif
- A veranda to enjoy family meals
- An equipped kitchen (electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, nespresso coffee machine, etc.)
- A living room with television
- A double bedroom in 140 with dressing room

Propriétaire très réactif et disponible (pour un changement d'ampoule).Chambre à l'étage/mezzanine, accessible par une échelle, mais sécurisé en haut par une barrière et portillon.A proximité de la plage et du centre. Très agréable de pouvoir se rendre à pieds au marché ou à la boulangerie.

petite maison sympathique

dans une petite résidence de vacances une maison bien située au calme a proximité du centre ville et bien équipée. une terrasse agréable pour lire ou prendre l apéritif .il y a également un parking sécurisé . Nous avons apprécié cette maison sympathiquement décorée et bien placée (proche du bassin, des commerces d'Arès et de la plage du Grand Crohot). Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et accessibles. Nous recommandons pour 1 couple avec un ou 2 enfants (la mezzanine n'est pas adaptée pour des adultes)

Séjour agréable

Nous avons passer une très bonne semaine, la location était conforme à nos attentes. Pour pouvoir louer plus longtemps car une semaine c’est assez court il faudrait revoir la literie de la chambre parentale aussi les décorations sont très jolies mais pour les enfants peut-être un peut trop charger et accessible. A noter aussi que le grille électrique crée des faux contacts nous n’avons donc pas pue faire de barbecue mise à par cela vacances au top 👍

Maison très cosy, fonctionnelle et bien située.

Belle déco, pas très grande mais l'amenagement est fonctionnel. Tout est bien pensé. La maison est proche du centre ville, de la piste cyclable. Sa situation géographique est idéale car proche d'Andernos, Cap Ferret, Arcachon et Bordeaux.
