THE SUITE
This well-appointed, 1500 sq. ft. penthouse suite occupies the entire 3rd floor of the building, offering quiet privacy. This is the perfect place for families. You will enjoy unobstructed views of the entire Bow Valley (including the Three Sisters mountain range).
The property is professionally managed, to ensure a pleasant stay for all of our guests.

THE LOCATION
You are a 10-15 minute easy walking distance to all of Canmore’s major amenities and its downtown core – grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, a world-class indoor recreation centre with swimming/steam room/hot tub/gym/rock climbing, galleries, boutiques, pharmacies, sports rental shops, a hospital, and much more.
You are also in walking distance to several walking, hiking, and biking trails (from beginner to advanced) which can take you throughout the valley. There are also several parks and playgrounds nearby.
There is also a TESLA SUPERCHARGER station in walking distance to our home. You can park at the station, begin charging, and walk back home and wait there until your charging is done!
Our home is in the heart of town just off a main road, making it easy to find and convenient for those with a vehicle. However, the unit is on the top floor of the building and set back from the street, giving you a feeling of quiet seclusion. Our home is also in a quiet, residential neighbourhood.
There is ample street parking on the street at the front of the building, or alternatively there are two tandem (one in front of the other) parking stalls to the rear of the building, directly in front of the MIDDLE garage.
You are also a 5-10 minute walk to the #3 and #5 Roam Transit bus which take you throughout Canmore and Banff.

Load and start the dishwasher

Quiet time: 10pm – 7am
No outdoor shoes in the unit.
28+ nights stay: additional cleaning fee applies.
After BBQ use, close gas line valve, then turn off knobs. Let it cool down, clean and put cover on.
A $60 charge will apply for not cleaning the BBQ after using it.
Guests not listed in the reservation cannot stay overnight.

The views from the dining room were spectacular. The place was clean and well equipped. Location was great and we could walk to just about everywhere we wanted to go.
The overall experience was excellent. This property is such a perfect location and well set up for our family. Everything is very well organized and provided for. We will definitely stay here again!

Family getaway
Great property! Very true to the listing online. We loved the big deck with an amazing view of the mountains. Very well stocked and perfect for our group of 8.
A family group of 6 adults, this property was perfect for our needs with 3 good sized rooms, which were as pictured, cooking facilities and in easy walking distance of downtown Canmore. I would definitely recommend to friends and family and stay here again!
The unit was really nice, much bigger than we thought it would be. It was perfect for our family to stay in. The kitchen and balcony are quite large! Not to mention, the A/C was great during the heat wave. Would stay here again =).

This was a great condo - clean and fully stocked. The description and photos are very accurate. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a 3-bedroom and 2-bathroom condo in the Canmore area. A major highlight is the large deck with room for 6+ adults with great views of 3 Sisters.

We really loved this property, it is located in a convenient spot in Canmore with a short walk (10-15min) to the Main Street. The balcony was huge with amazing views! We had a 20 month old with us and this property could not have been more ideal for him - all spread out on one floor with a child gate at the stairs. We would definitely return!
The house was perfect for our time. We wanted private sleeping areas and large enough common area for the six of us to sit together, eat, play games, etc. Large windows and views made that wonderful. Kitchen was stocked w tools and some basics so we could cook some meals and eat in. Balcony was great, but we didn’t really use it. Overall, we are very happy w this place.
Overall great property. It was actually bigger than it looked in the pictures, especially the balcony. Property manager was very professional.
The beds and pillows were comfortable. The kitchen and bbq were great. Wonderful mountain views with lots of space to relax, even with 4 adults and 4 kids in our group. Would recommend.

This is arguably the nicest vrbo in which we have stayed. The view was outstanding, and the location was convenient - we could easily walk to the main part of town and the town's trails and other activities. It was clean, nicely furnished, and comfortable. The owners / management have thoughtfully provided amenities (e.g., toiletries like one might find in a hotel) and have clearly attended to details. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend the property without hesitation.

Very well appointed, great use of space, loved all the family room seating. Beds were comfortable, sheets were lovely, lots of cozy blankets for everyone. Didn't use the kitchen but seemed like it had everything you'd need. Appreciated the guest handbook pro idea in advance and at the unit with all relevant info. Would highly recommend and will book again in the future.

The unit was exactly as pictured. Had easy parking. Plenty of towels soap dishwasher detergent garbage bags etc. for our stay. I contacted the property manager to see if we could extend and the unit was already booked but he was so helpful and so quick to respond

Theres lots of stairs, if you don't like lots of stairs, maybe not the best choice. I would have also liked to see the deck shovled off so we could access the deck and use the bbq.
The unit was clean and beautiful. We wanted a place to stay to do the Legacy Trail and come “home” after a hike. It was a great location, easy to find, and had everything you would ever need. We were all adults but it was also super kid friendly. Canmore was SUPER busy but this was a nice place to get away. Only downside (and not about the VRBO) there is no Skip The Dishes!
Jorge was awesome to communicate with. Would definitely most certainty absolutely use this place again.

Good location
The unit was clean and good location . , I wish I had known that there are 4 staircases with 6 steps each to get to the unit . Dragging suit cases up was terrible . Also the main door to this unit is through a narrow pathway with stones , impossible to use the bag wheels . Our mattress was super squeaky . Other than this , Canmore is a great place to visit . Also although the listing stated that we could use the garage , the owner texted us and told us that we were not to use the garage .
