Beautiful waterfront single-story home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in quaint and charming Indian Rocks Beach. Renovated throughout, this is truly a premium vacation property. The travertine floors, custom wood cabinets, beautiful stone counters, high-end appliances, and gorgeous bathrooms provide a luxury living environment. The large living room has sliding glass doors that open to the back yard with a pool, dock, and right on the Intracoastal Waterway. There is ample comfy seating and a large flat-screen TV with a DVD player for your entertainment. The additional seating area provides a comfy space for a conversation or a good book. A huge well-equipped kitchen is a cook's dream, with everything you need for the perfect meal. The open floor plan is inviting opens to the backyard and has water views. The large dining table can host your large holiday meal or a great family game night! The master bedroom has King size bed with a TV and an ensuite bathroom with a roll-in shower that even comes with a squeegee to control any wayward water. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed also with an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. The 3rd bedroom has both a Queen size bed and a futon bed, this bedroom has a TV as well. The 4th bedroom has a Queen size bed and smart TV too. The hallway bathroom has a bathtub with a showerhead. The pool is heated and the deck is a perfect year-round place to lounge and cook out. There is a gas grill for your use. There is a dock in your backyard, just right for a little fishing or watching the local wildlife, you may catch sight of dolphins, various sea birds, and many types of fish, and an occasional manatee has been known to visit the cove. There is a washer and dryer in the house for your convenience as well as FREE WiFi and cable TV. Don't forget to ask your rental agent about FREE unlimited DVD movies and FREE weekday bicycle use. If you are looking for a home away-from home, this is it. We had a wonderful time. The house is roomy and comfortable, the pool is such a gift. We particularly loved being "on the water" without leaving home. The house was clear and obviously well cared for with many great touches carefully planned and carried out.

Great vacation home!

Very nice place to stay in Indian Rock Beach. Really close to everything. I would definitely stay here again. 5 stars for sure!

Peaceful Stay

Wonderful stay. Bay was wonderful. Dolphin mom and baby hung out in our cove. We saw wild flamingos and many tropical birds. Family fished off of dock with success. Perfect size for our group. Short walk to the beach. Wonderful beach not crowded like Clearwater beach. Perfect for families. Plenty of cookware and kitchen utensils.

Relaxing and quiet

Quiet neighborhood right on the waterway. Home was relaxing and comfortable. Offered all that was needed. Decorated beautifully. Pool was a nice bonus. location is near to all the St Pete beaches and clearwater. Would have been nice to have at least coffee for the first morning.

We are going back!!!

We had a very nice 11 night stay. 6 adults between 51 & 61. The pool and the outdoor view were amazing. We had one issue that was taken care of by the realty company, but we wish that the owner could have stopped by to make sure everything was ok. The neighbor was very nice, if you respect them, they will respect you back. Overall fantastic trip and we will definitely return.

Need to spend some money to make money!

Overall the place is fine. Good view. Property needs some work; pool tiles are falling off, landscaping is not neat, FIRE ALARM does not work, lawn chair cushions are gross, and blender (broke) and other appliances are so old. Washer and dryer are on their last legs. Needs a lemon squeezer. The neighbors do not want short term rentals and there are plenty of signs in yards to make you aware of this. We were not disrespectful or loud so the neighbors were kind to us. Gave us the inside scope on the home which verified our suspicions that the owner was cheap and the place is not well maintained. Pool was not heated and owner has control of temperature. Make sure to request the pool is heated upon your arrival and not days after (after several phone calls). Also, home does not come with anything. Not hand soap, dish soap, or salt and pepper. Nothing but some sponges and dish washer cubes. Not a single spice or cleaning product.

Hi Joanna, Thank you for your review. Your comments about the home will be forwarded to the owner, however, it seems the neighbors were not aware of how much time the owner spends at the home. The owner takes pride in maintaining a home they can be proud of. In fact the owner spends many weekends and the entire summer in the home with their family. We do realize there was a problem with the pool heating sensor but it was fixed the day after you arrived. You called us late Saturday after you checked in and the sensor was fixed on Sunday. We received the first call about the blender not working on Monday morning and we replaced it that same day. As outlined in our rental agreement, our properties are self-catering, however, we do provide a starter pack of items to get you started in the home for the first day or so.

Fun vacation

We had a great time at the Indian Rocks. The house was clean, 4 good size bedrooms. We love the big kitchen. We appreciated the owner providing so many glassware, cookware, serve ware even bakeware and lots utensils. The moms enjoyed cooking at the kitchen and kids enjoyed playing in the pool and kayaking at the backyard. The only complaint is that there were only 6 dinning chairs. We are a group of 8. So some of us had to eat separately. There isn't a bar chair; so we can't enjoy the bar neither. As other review mentioned, the pool doesn't have a cover so it gets dirty easily. I did call and someone did come and clean the pool during our stay. So we were still happy with the pool. Overall, we had a great time during the stay in Indian Rocks. The location is great, close to everything. We will come back!

Great location and amenities

We had an amazing time with friends at the house. Great, specious rooms, all you can imagine kitchen, which we enjoyed to the fullest. The pool is not covered, so it gets dirty pretty fast, we didn’t use it much. The neighborhood is quite and nice.

Wonderful place to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at this location, Plumlee Rentals made it incredibly easy to check-in and out of the house. We each had our own rooms with plenty of living space, the bathrooms were a little on the small side but we did not spend much time there. The yard was immaculate and we cannot wait to stay here again. The pool was a little dirty when we first arrived for a few nights but since it was the end of December we wouldn't be spending much time in there anyway. We also stayed between Christmas and New years so the trash was not picked up on the days that were listed. We will most likely be visiting Indian Rocks Beach again!
