Sunny and bright this spacious and comfy two bedroom condo is a vacationers delight. Tile and carpet throughout add to the southern charm of this attractively furnished condo one bedroom has two queen beds and the other has a king size bed.

Diplomat 247

The location and proximity to the beach and view were spectacular. The 2 bedroom suite was very spacious. The view was incredible. The condo was somewhat outdated. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was very clean. Our complaint would be that the bedroom carpets need to be replaced. They were not clean. The bathrooms need some additional updating. The convenience of steps down to the beach and the beautiful sunsets outweighed the negative. This would be a perfect place with some updates. Th rating for the cleanliness was only due to the carpets.

Diplomat beach condo

The view of the gulf from the condo was as if you were looking out the window of a cruise ship It was spectacular to see the sunset each evening from the back. You are only steps down to the beach. The condo itself was clean. The beds were super comfortable. Our only complaint was the carpets in the bedrooms old and stained and the bathroom could use an update. I would rent again if the carpet was replaced. This was a two bedroom suite.

Sunset Beach

Property was immaculate and clean. Walking straight out to the beach was glorious. The only opportunities would be that our particular unit needs done updates—kitchen cabinets, countertops, update appliances, remove carpets and update window coverings.
