Gorgeous 2 bedroom 2 bath top floor unit (4th floor) with elevator overlooking a beautiful lake and 18th green. Right next to the clubhouse, restaurant, pool, tennis courts so leave your car parked and enjoy a very convenient location. 36 holes of golf and 8 courts of tennis including 2 pickleball courts. Heritage Palms is a gated community and is located next to shopping, restaurants and 30 minutes to the beach. This is a monthly rental for the month of January 2010. Heritage Palms does not allow a daily or weekly rental.
