Crossing apartment of 42 m2 for 4 people in a small, quiet residence. The pleasant living room opens onto the balcony where you can eat with sea view and the entrance to the port. The independent kitchen is functional and well equipped with dishwasher, fridge / freezer. The bedroom has a 160 cm bed with wardrobe and the mezzanine has 2 single beds. Separate WC. Individual closed garage (no parking problems). Very quiet area, the port is 5 minutes walk.
2.5 km from Collioure (accessible on foot by the cornice or the road), 7 km from Banyuls and Spain is 20 km by the pretty cornice road which overlooks the sea
Several beaches and coves are nearby. You can also stroll in the mountainous hinterland.
Various shops including 2 supermarkets.
The apartment must be made clean otherwise cleaning fee of € 60

Very well placed apartment, with a superb view of the harbour and a quiet environment, including good sound insulation from other flats in the building. The bed and other furniture was good quality and comfortable. Phillipe was a very friendly and helpful host and we look forward to staying there again.

Arrivée bien organisée, chaleureuse, avec des attentions très appréciables de spécialités locales, les hôtes sont. charmants et aux petits soins. De plus le nécessaire de base est à disposition le temps de faire les courses ! Il n'y a pas de wi-fi, il faut faire avec le réseau qui fonctionne suffisamment, mais avec une telle vue et la beauté du littoral, ce n'est vraiment pas un souci, au contraire! Vraies vacances, un calme absolu sur le balcon juste le bruit du ressac et de la nature, on se ressource!!! A noter que le garage est un vrai luxe dans cette ville, et que des bus sont très fréquents à 5 min à pieds pour 1euros seulement.
Impossible de se lasser des différentes luminosités de cette vue du balcon!

Superbe semaine à Port-Vendres

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances en famille dans l'appartement de Philippe et Agnès, celui-ci était très propre à notre arrivée et parfaitement équipé (tout a fait conforme à sa description). Contact très bon avec Philippe et Agnès, ainsi qu'avec Jacky avec qui nous avons fait les procédures d'arruvee et de départ. La vue sur le port (et la mer !) est superbe, les plages à proximité (en voiture) sont superbes (tout particulièrement l'anse des Paulilles...juste magnifique), le très beau village Collioure juste à côté, banyuls pas loin non plus, le sentier sous-marin de Cerbère, l'Espagne à 2 pas .. les activités ne manquent pas et il y en a pour tous les goûts ! En résumé nous recommandons sans réserve

Promenade sur les chemins côtiers très agréable Port Vendres Collioure , chemin du cap Bear. Emplacement de l’appartement idéal proche du village et des pêcheurs qui vendent leurs poissons le long des quais à la descente des bateaux
