2 Golf Carts included! Close to Lake Sumter Landing! Newly Renovated!

Welcome to "Stay Awhile"! You won't want to leave! Our home is located in The Village of Lynnhaven which is centrally located to pools, golf, and shopping. Lake Sumter Landing and Southern Trace Shopping Plaza are 2 miles away by car or golf cart. We provide 2 gas golf carts for your enjoyment - a 2 seater and a 4 seater. Both golf carts are Yamaha Quiet Tech and both have adjustable bucket seats! This immaculate home has no carpeting, high ceilings, stainless appliances, gas range, 2 car garage, laundry room, reclining sofa, 2 reclining chairs, and beautiful furnishings. The master bedroom has a king bed, double sink vanity, tiled shower and walk in closet. One guest bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a sleeper sofa and can be used as a den or office equipped with a desk and wireless printer. The glass lanai has sliding windows and a separate AC system. The 2 gas golf carts are included in the rental, as well as 2 Resident ID cards (and guest passes for additional guests) and a gas BBQ grill. We also provide 3 sets of golf clubs, yoga mat, hand weights, 4 folding chairs, pool towels, coolers, and lots of extras for guest use. There is a 3 month minimum for January - March bookings.
