Cooper's Nest delivers it all! This beautiful home is located on the south end of Cape San Blas, in the exclusive, gated community of South Beach. This is the beach house you dream about! When you walk onto the upper floor, your jaw drops and you say to yourself, "Wow…!" The views are absolutely amazing - through all those windows!! The owners designed and built this home to be everything you could ever want and then some. Cooper's Nest boasts 3,800 square feet with 4 bedrooms (that sleep 10), 3.5 bathrooms, with numerous upscale amenities and features, including an elevator and a private 12'x27' saltwater pool! (Please note that due to our remote location, the elevator is a convenience and is not guaranteed.)

This beach house has an inverted-living floor plan (with the bedrooms on the lower level and the open-concept living space on the top floor) to maximize the views from every vantage point. Each ensuite master bedroom features a comfortable king bed, large tiled walk-in showers, flat screen TVs, and coffee service for two. Each master suite opens onto a large shared screened porch with expansive ocean views. The queen bedroom has a private porch that overlooks the swimming pool. The bunk room is a hit with the kids and features four custom built-in twin beds. The third bathroom has a 7 foot double vanity to service the queen and bunk rooms.

The great room is just that - a show-stopper! The entire top floor is an open-concept kitchen-living-dining space with vaulted ceilings and an amazing ocean view from the countless windows and huge 12'x35' foot deck! From the deck, you can enjoy watching the sunrise each morning with a cup of coffee, and then watch the glorious sunset each evening. The living area has room to spare and is ready for your whole group to watch a movie or the big game on a huge screen TV, play games, or enjoy long overdue conversation time. The fully appointed kitchen is perfect whether you are looking for easy meals or full-on gourmet cooking! And the huge farm table lets everyone enjoy a meal together! A walk in pantry offers plenty of space to hold all your provisions right where you need them, but out of sight. To complete this floor, there is a 1/2 bath and a covered porch overlooking your private pool!

Beach chairs and cart are provided to make your time at the beach easy and enjoyable. If you need a break from the sand, relax and play in your own pool, and if you like your water warmer the pool can be heated (for an additional charge).
