Located in the heart of a charming old village, the entire stone property is made up of an old mill, our house, an outbuilding which accommodates 3 guest rooms "La Malposte" and the gite of the mill for 4 / 5 people . All surrounded by a garden where a small river flows.
The fully independent mill house, with its terrace and garden furniture. Ideal for spending holidays with family or friends

kleines Natur Paradies mitten im Ort an einem Bach

Wer die Seele baumeln lassen möchte, wer Erholung und Entspannung sucht ist auf dem Anwesen von Jean-Michel genau richtig. Die Küchenausstattung entspricht modernem guten Standard. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer modernen Leder Sofa Garnitur für vier Personen ausgestattet. Unter dem Dach mittels Wendeltreppe erreichbar liegen zwei Schlafräume mit separatem Badezimmer. Leider ist das kleinere Badezimmer etwas beengt, da die Dachschräge nicht mehr Raum zulässt. Das zweite Schlafzimmer (3 x Einzelbetten) hat auch ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die Gründung des ehemaligen Mühlenanwesen ist auf das 13.Jahundert datiert was eben einen unverwechselbaren Charm mit sich bringt. Wichtiger Hinweis: Wer keine Fließgeräusche von Wasser mag oder möchte sollte Abstand hiervon nehmen. Der Bach hat an dieser Stelle einen höheren Geräuschpegel (starker Regen), wer es mag, ist im Paradies!

Tranquillité totale et décompression post confinement

Emplacement idéal pour se reposer, mais également pour visiter les lieux historiques de la seconde guerre mondiale. Propriétaires adorables et disponibles. Merci pour le prêt de guides sur la région. Pas de wifi ou très peu, mais idéal pour une totale déconnexion de la vie active.

Mooi plekje, naast een (luid) stromend riviertje

Knus huis, met zorg ingericht, erg netjes, bevat haast alles wat je nodig hebt, twee grote slaapkamers, elk met een badkamertje. Woonkamer met keukenblok, met afwasmachine, wasmachine, oven, magnetron, elektrisch koken. Het enige wat ik miste was een droogrekje. Buiten klein terras naast het riviertje. Aan de overkant van het riviertje is de B&B en woning van de vriendelijke eigenaren. Op verzoek krijg je een rondleiding door de tuin van de eigenaren, deze is erg mooi! Caen, Cabourg, Lisieux, Deauville vrij dicht in de buurt. Invasiestranden ook nabij.

Location très confortable en vielles pierres au bord du ruisseau du moulin...cadre magique et accueil chaleureux des hôtes qui pour un sourire vous font visiter leur jardin merveilleux...
